Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out the influence of exercise price and employee stockownership program to the company performance which is moderated by managerial ownership.Thesample selection has been done by using purposive sampling method on go public companies whichare listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the selected criteria i.e. go public company whichhas financial statement during 2012-2015 periods, go public company which has done ESOP during2012-2015 periods. Based on the research method, 47 go public companies have been selected assamples. The data analysis has been done by using SPSS 23rd version statistics test instrument.Theresult of the research shows that employee stock ownership program gives positive influence to thecompany performance and employee stock ownership program gives negative influence to thecompany performance which is moderated by managerial ownership whereas exercise price does notgive any significant influence to the company performance and exercise price does not give anysignificant influence to the company performance which is moderated by managerial ownership.Keywords:Exercise price, employee stock ownership program, company performance, managerialownership

Abstract

This article attempted to depict tolerance among public Islamic senior high school (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri/MAN) students. To this end, a descriptive method with a quantitative approach was applied. As tolerance serves as a key to peaceful life, Islamic senior high schools are expected to enrich the community with tolerant and inclusive Islamic teachings. One of the student development activities in MA is carried out based on their religious organizations, namely Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah. The data were collected using tolerance instruments. The obtained data were analyzed using the paired t-test to determine the difference in students from two different organizations. The participants were MA students who were affiliated with NU and Muhammadiyah. The study found that the students tolerance was categorized as high. This study also found some aspects of tolerance, including equality, respecting diversity, and peace. However, the t-test result indicated no significant difference in tolerance level among students affiliated with NU and Muhammadiyah. The result of this study could be used as a consideration in developing peace and multicultural guidance and counseling programs in Islamic school settings.

Abstract

Pendidikan bukan hanya suatu kewajiban tetapi suatu kebutuhan bagi setiap orang dalam menjalani kehidupan. Anak anak belajar mengalami proses perubahan pengetahuan dan karakter melalui pendidikan. Kegiatan sosialisasi tentang kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan anak dilaksanakan di Kampung Kertamukti Desa Kertamukti Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Sosialisasi tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para orang tua pentingnya melanjutkan pendidikan bagi anak. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut dihadiri oleh beberapa guru sekolah dasar, orang tua serta staf dan Kepala Desa Kertamukti. Metode pengabdian tersebut menggunakan survei lapangan, persiapan serta sosialisasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah pemahaman para orang tua terkait pendidikan baik di sekolah, keluarga serta masyarakat mulai meningkat. Orang tua, sekolah serta masyarakat mulai melakukan kolaborasi dalam mencipatakan kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak di desa tersebut
