Abstract

Background: Traffic accidents require special attention as they often result in death, injury or disability to people around the world. Deaths from traffic accidents rank eighth in the world's total deaths and are the leading cause of death at a young age. Therefore, it is necessary to map traffic accident cases according to the region to facilitate the evacuation and referral process to the nearest health facility. Objective: The study aimed to identify the distribution of traffic accident cases, health facilities and emergency ambulance services to reduce traffic accident cases in Yogyakarta Province. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan data kecelakaan lalu lintas di SPGDT Provinsi Yogyakarta tahun 2019-2020. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini menggunakan autokorelasi spasial (Moran's I) yang dipetakan dalam bentuk peta tematik. Peta kerawanan kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas diklasifikasikan menggunakan Natural Breaks (Jenks). Hasil: Pola sebaran kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kabupaten Kulonprogo berdasarkan analisis spasial autokorelasi Morans'I menunjukkan pola clustering. Daerah yang memiliki kerentanan tinggi berada di Kecamatan Wates. Selain itu, hasil pemetaan menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kesehatan dan ambulans darurat masih belum merata di seluruh wilayah di Kabupaten Kulonprogo. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengelompokan kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kabupaten Kulonprogo dengan sebaran kasus tertinggi di Kecamatan Wates. Selain itu, distribusi fasilitas kesehatan dan ambulans darurat tidak merata. Lokasi fasilitas kesehatan dan ambulan darurat lebih banyak berada di pusat kota.

Abstract

In 2014, primary health centres Lendah II was implemented health information system for primary care (Simpus). the use of simpus can help the physician and health practicioners entry data of patient, import dan export data and also improved theirs performance. The implementation of medical records for primary health centres an important role in managing patient data. The use of technology and information systems in the health sector has an impact on optimizing services. One of them is by utilizing a barcode system to support storage at primary health centres Lendah II This study aims to help the storage tracking system in the filing room using barcodes. Data capture with FGD for needs analysis, then application design and trials. This research uses research and develompent. The results of the study by making class diagrams, barcode applications and examples of barcodes applied to poly service names and medical record numbers. Barcodes will be printed and affixed to the patient's medical record to facilitate tracking of the The barcode of the patient's medical record number will also be affixed to the patient's BPJS card, making it easier for officers to check the patient's medical record number on the simpus. There is a scanner reader tool that will make it easier for officers to read barcode codes.
