Abstract

Overview of humans attracting the attention of various branches of science, especially psychology to examine it more deeply. Starting from the notion of psychology as a science that examines human behavior, psychologists generally hold that the physical condition, psychological quality, and environmental situation, are the main determinants of behavior and style of human personality. Human is a creature that can never be completely understood, because they contain a very interesting mystery to study. In the world of Islamic thought, discussion about human beings is often found in philosophy and tasawuf (Sufism). Human according to al-Ghazali has a fixed and unchanging identity, which he calls with the term an-Nafs. Whereas the definition of soul is something that is inserted into the body, which manifests when the sperm enters the womb. Al-Ghazali who lived in medieval times could not be separated from the influence of his time in looking at everything related to humans. This is seen in his works either in the field of philosophy or Sufism many of which explore about humans. Al-Ghazalis thought was much influenced by previous thinkers such as Ibn Sina. Al-Ghazali used many terms from Ibn Sina like an-Nafs, ar-Ruh and al-Jism, and indirectly al-Ghazali has reinforced Ibn Sinas terms with the arguments of syara. The concept of human being is very important, because it includes parts and worldviews.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasipermasalahan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif serta penyusunan strategi pe-ngembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Metode kajian yang digunakan adalah penelitan kualitatif, dengan mengunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kabupten Nganjuk, meliputi permasalahan pada pelaku ekonomi kreatif, lokasi atau daya tarik, aspek sosial kemasyarakatan, kurangnya pemahaman pemerintah daerah terhadap kebutuhan pelaku ekonomi kreatif serta  rendahnya monitoring terhadap royalti, lisensi, dan hak cipta. Untuk mengoptimalkan 6 kategori ekonomi kreatif Kabupaten Nganjuk, maka dibutuhkan 6 (enam) pilar strategi, yakni, Strategi membentuk forum atau lembaga advokasi ekonomi kreatif Kabupaten Nganjuk, strategi peningkatan apresiasi terhadap pelaku, terutama bagi para komunitas seni, strategi memperbaiki manajemen tata kelola masing-masing 6 kategori, strategi pelatihan produksi dan pemasaran, strategi kemudahan aksesbilitas keuangan, dan strategi intensitas promosi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang masih belum optimal menjadi salah satu permasalahan mendasar dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang hanya menggunakan buku paket dan papan tulis memiliki keterbatasan dalam menguraikan materi serta menimbulkan kesulitan pemahaman bagi siswa dalam mempelajari materi, sedangkan fasilitas sekolah sudah memadai dengan adanya LCD Proyektor.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah : (1) Mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif mata pelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya materi seni tari tema 1 kelas IV di SD Negeri 4 Tirtobinangun Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. (2) Mendeskripsikan validitas pengembangan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif mata pelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya materi seni tari tema 1 kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Tirtobinangun Tahun Ajaran 2022/23. (3) Mendeskripsikan hasil uji coba pengembangan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif mata pelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya materi seni tari tema 1 kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Tirtobinangun Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan research and development (R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancaradan angket, jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian inii adalah 18 peserta didik.Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukkan bahwa hasil tahap validasi oleh ahli materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 90%, hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh persentase sebesar 96%. Sedangkan respon peserta didik terhadap media memeperoleh 91% pada uji coba tahap 1, dan 96% pada uji coba tahap 2 dan respon guru kelas terhadap media sebesar 98%. Berdasarkan data hasil validasi dan uji coba produk, media pembelajaran multimedia interakti didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan produk media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan dan tingkat kelayakan produk masuk pada kategori sangat layak.

Abstract

The role of parents is essential in shaping children's religious behavior, serving as the first and foremost educators in instilling good character. This study explores the role of parents in enhancing children's religious behavior, focusing on the discipline of worship at home and the development of commendable morals. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method, involving observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that parents play a significant role in educating children on religious values, supervising their social interactions, and serving as role models. The study concludes that parents' active involvement is crucial in fostering religious behavior and ensuring children's adherence to religious practices and moral values.

Abstract

This study examines the role of educational leadership in enhancing student motivation and engagement in Islamic schools. Through a qualitative approach, the research investigates how school leaders influence the academic environment and the extent to which their leadership styles affect students' attitudes toward learning. The study identifies key leadership practices, such as promoting a positive school culture, supporting teacher development, and fostering open communication, as significant factors that contribute to higher levels of student motivation and engagement. Additionally, the research highlights the impact of leadership on the implementation of curricular and extracurricular activities that resonate with students' interests and needs. The findings suggest that effective educational leadership not only drives academic success but also nurtures a supportive and motivating environment conducive to holistic student development. The study concludes with recommendations for school leaders to adopt leadership strategies that are student-centered, culturally sensitive, and aligned with the values of Islamic education. These strategies are crucial in cultivating an educational setting where students are motivated to excel academically and engage meaningfully in their learning journeys.
