Abstract

This writing aims to examine the synonyms in the Qur'an, especially in the word creation used in the Muslim holy book. Synonym is the use of words or phrases that have the same or similar meanings in a particular context. Al-Qur'an contains many synonyms in the use of lafadz creation. This synonymy can be seen in several forms, such as perfect synonyms, partial synonyms, similar synonyms, and synonyms with variations in meaning. Perfect synonyms occur when the words used are completely the same in meaning and usage, while partial synonyms occur when only certain parts of the words have the same or similar meanings. In addition, the use of synonyms in the Qur'an gives aesthetic value and beauty in the language used. It can also help enrich the meaning and understanding of creation in the Qur'an. For example, the synonyms of creation between the words "khalaqa" and "sawwara" describe the diversity in the creation of Allah SWT which is seen in the world and the universe. In conclusion, synonyms in the Qur'an show richness and beauty in Arabic and provide enrichment of meaning and understanding of certain themes in the Qur'an

Abstract

Sulaiman I was the greatest Sultan of the Ottoman Empire who made a major contribution to Islam. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the management of Islamic Education during the reign of Sultan Sulaiman I in the Ottoman Empire. In this study, researchers used a type of library research (Library Research) with descriptive methods and historical approaches. Researchers used data collection techniques with documentation techniques, namely examining library sources such as journals, educational books, history books, and other relevant sources. The conclusion from this study is that during the reign of Sultan sulaiman Al- Qanuni in the Ottoman Turkish dynasty filled with developments and updates in various fields, including the field of education. In the context of Islamic education, the policies taken by Sultan Sulaiman Al-Qanuni played an important role in shaping and strengthening the Islamic education system of his time. At that time education was divided into three parts, namely family education, palace education, and madrasah. several important roles of Sultan Sulaiman Al-Qanuni, namely Building Educational Complexes, Improving Teacher Welfare, and Determining Teacher Career Paths

Abstract

The aim of organizational development, especially educational organizations, is the formation of educational organizations within the provincial and district/city governments, so that educational units at all types and levels are open and generate trust for educators and the community. The organization is open and generates trust for educators and their community. Organizational development interventions tend to emphasize the application of collaborative or interpersonal and group strategies in coordinative or vertical inter-organizational action, in keeping with the spirit of reinvention. In the restructuring of education organizations or reinvented education to improve the activities and programs of the Provincial, District and City Education Offices in carrying out routine activities it must be changed, no longer using a bureaucratic approach with a participatory approach. The paradigm of the education apparatus must be changed, so that it is in accordance with the spirit of implementing school-based management in schools. By giving a big role to schools in the spirit of change, schools have high creativity to compete in improving the quality and quality of education in these schools
