Abstract

Pondok Gede Tea Shop, a business operating in the beverage sector, must consider ensuring its business continuity amidst intense competition. According to information provided by the shop owner, the annual turnover is perceived to follow a linear trend. Although the current turnover adequately covers operational costs, the shop aims to augment its turnover through increased tea sales. This research employs a descriptive approach, utilizing data collected via semi-structured interviews. The study's outcomes, based on SAP and ETOP analyses, suggest an appropriate corporate strategy derived from the SWOT matrix: an investment strategy. Specifically, this involves short-term investments with subsequent benefits anticipated in the future.

Abstract

Photographing activities become the most activities carried out by customers and uploaded to social media in Indonesia and even in the world. Taking pictures of yourself or objects is a part of community life in Sidoarjo. In addition to following the right market trends, for companies to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Satisfaction of the product will affect the customer in taking the next attitude. The customer is satisfied with a repeat purchase and will say good things about the product. Research conducted in the form of case studies on XIAOMI Smartphone users in Sidoarjo. This research is an in-depth study of one case or one unit and the conclusions in this study only apply to the case in question, so it cannot be used in other cases. The results in this study that there are differences in the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty of XIAOMI smartphone users by sex. Independent Samples t-test showed significant differences in customer satisfaction in males and females and showed significant differences in customer loyalty in males and females. The mean value indicates that female customer satisfaction and loyalty is higher than male customers.

Abstract

BPs can build an environment that may receive timely scope and information by subordinates, and in this environment, decision making can be easy and effective. Thus, subordinates can obtain accuracy of information and scope about overall organization and take the right position to reach the target organization by considering tasks more clearly. this research uses data a questionnaire with this research population is managers and core employees of the 1,000 house construction project in Gresik City. Secondary data for this research base on literature, interviews, and other sources such as books, the internet, and others. SPSS output results show generated regression of the influence of BPs on Managerial Performance. With the meaning increasing BPs, the higher value of Managerial Performance. The results in this study support the research conducted by Saidu et al. (2017), Tanase (2013), and Eker (2009), which stated that BPs had effect on Managerial Performance despite different research objects.

Abstract

The research conducted to know the discipline, motivation and competencies impacted on performance of employee at Evy Beautrec ("EB"). EB is a salon and beauty equipment manufacturer based in Surabaya. The study employed quantitative methods using saturated sampling/all respondents from the population are used as the research sample. The sample size was 33 people who are employees of EB. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting several interviews with the respondents. The methods used to analyze the data were multiple linear regression, which was processed using SPSS tool. The results of the research are confirmed by t-test calculations, which show that discipline, motivation and competence have a significant impact on EB employees’ performance respectively. Furthermore, the F-test results show that EB employees’ performance simultaneously impacted by discipline, motivation and competence. Of the three independent variables studied, motivation has the greatest effect on EB employees' performance, followed by competence and discipline. Previous findings have shown that still nothing variables that impacts on employees performance, and this phenomenon has attracted the interest of researchers to investigate the performance of EB employees in relation to the impacted by work discipline, motivation and competence.

Abstract

Sambal Cumi and Paru by Dapoer Zambal is a new instant food business established in 2023. Not many people know about this business because it is still very new. In addition, there are many competitors working on the same business and are already successful. This study was conducted to determine whether the right competitive strategy can increase the sales of Dapoer Zambal's Sambal Cumi and Paru. For this study, a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats approach was used as a descriptive qualitative methodology. The analysis results show that improving customer service and adding new menu variations are the most effective competitive approaches to increase sales.
