Abstract

The current Covid-19 pandemic has caused the global economy to stagnate. A significant decline in the rate of economic growth was experienced by almost every country, including Indonesia. Printing money is one solution, but an in-depth study needs to be done considering that there are differences in success when implemented, one of which is in European countries, Indonesia and Zimbabwe. For this reason, the purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth study of the correct understanding, mechanism, and application of printing money that can stimulate economic growth from an Islamic perspective. This research approach uses literature study, in collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to this research. The results of the study indicate that- to solve the problem of the economic crisis, can be overcome by using a printing money policy. This policy has been successfully implemented in developed countries such as America, China, and several European countries so that they can get out of the crisis. The reason for its success is by taking into account the following points: first, the understanding of the modern MMT theory and the traditional MMT theory that both theories agree on the MMT derivative product namely printing money, only that modern MMT accompanies the project-based policy. Second, using the right mechanism where money is used according to its function in the Islamic perspective as a medium of exchange and standard prices where the application of printing money is project-based and is not used to cover consumptive government spending so that the amount of money in circulation depends on the number of goods and services. In production, this condition does not cause inflation. Third, the implementation of printing money is channeled to productive government needs. Automatically the circulation of money in circulation according to the number of goods and services produced.

Abstract

Lesson planning is a regular task that every educational institution does right from the beginning of the semester. However, creating an optimal study schedule is quite difficult because there are many interrelated variables that require careful management. Current class scheduling at Handayani University Makassar is still done manually, including searching for empty columns and placing class schedules in those columns. The director of BAAK UHM, who was responsible for preparing the conference program, felt overwhelmed. Because the planning done so takes a lot of time. Therefore, the established course program must be regularly revised. One method considered to provide a solution to scheduling problems is swarm optimization (PSO). PSO if translated means Particle Swarm Optimization. This algorithm can solve the problem by randomly forming particles in the initial population, evaluating appropriate values, and updating particle velocities and positions. This is intended to address the issue of proper function of each particle. The data includes 225 course data plus 1 speaker's request schedule data. This study was successful in achieving a course schedule consistent with the course conditions and policies at UHM. From the test results, the lesson planning application using the PSO algorithm can provide an optimal class schedule that is consistent with the teacher's teaching schedule preferences. The calculation time used is less than 5 seconds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan keefektifan media audiovisual dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Makassar menulis puisi. Variabel penelitian ini adalah keefektifan media audiovisual dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Makassar menulis puisi. Desain atau model penelitian adalah desain penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini, yaitu keseluruhan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Makassar yang berjumlah 270 orang yang terbagi dalam sembilan kelas. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 dari jumlah populasi. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik yang digunakan mengumpulkan data adalah teknik tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis uji t desain 2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media audiovisual efektif diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Makassar menulis puisi. Hal ini tampak pada nilai yang diperoleh siswa sebelum menggunakan menggunakan media audiovisual yang masih kurang dan dapat meningkat setelah menggunakan media audiovisual. Keefektifan media ini diketahui pula berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t. Perbandingan hasil kompetensi menulis puisi pada pretes dan postes menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung sebanyak 7,20> nilai t tabel 1,70. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan diterima, yaitu  media audiovisual efektif diterapkan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Makassar menulis puisi.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, pemasaran produk dan layanan semakin penting bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) agar tetap bersaing dan berkembang. Seiring pergeseran perilaku konsumen ke platform digital, UMKM perlu mengadaptasi strategi pemasaran agar relevan. Salah satu strategi efektif adalah iklan layanan masyarakat online, memberikan UMKM peluang memanfaatkan platform digital seperti media sosial dan situs web untuk menciptakan iklan menarik. Meski peluang pemasaran digital terbuka, masih banyak UMKM yang perlu memahami potensi strategi ini. Digital marketing memungkinkan memperkenalkan produk secara luas dan menarik minat konsumen. Iklan Layanan Masyarakat (ILM) berfungsi meningkatkan kesadaran sosial, tidak hanya keuntungan ekonomi. Kemajuan media sosial juga memperluas peluang pemasaran UMKM. Namun, masih kurangnya kesadaran tentang digital marketing, sehingga pelatihan menjadi langkah proaktif. Penting bagi UMKM untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dan media sosial, serta mendapatkan sertifikasi kompetensi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Pemanfaatan sosial media memberikan kenyamanan bagi konsumen dan berpotensi meningkatkan laba UMKM. Dengan demikian, pelatihan pembuatan iklan layanan masyarakat secara online memberikan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan sertifikasi yang berdampak positif pada pertumbuhan UMKM dan ekonomi lokal secara keseluruhan.
