The purpose of this study is to explain the use of teacher reinforcement skills in learning at GMIM Ranoketang Elementary School. Aspects identified in reinforcement skills include reinforcement components and how to employ reinforcement. This is a qualitative study with a descriptive research design. The individuals in this study were research informants. The abilities of providing reinforcement were the focus of this study. The research is carried out. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were utilized to obtain data. Data were examined using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Member checks and triangulation procedures are used in data validity checking approaches. The study's findings indicate that the instructor employs the reinforcement skills component in learning, which involves both verbal and nonverbal reinforcement. Verbal reinforcement is used to give appreciation in the form of words and sentences. Nonverbal reinforcement is applied by gestures and body movements, tactile reinforcement, entertaining activities, reinforcement in the form of symbols or items, and partial reinforcement. Furthermore, the instructor employs the reinforcement approach in learning, which includes reinforcement for specific people, reinforcement for groups, rapid reinforcement, and changes in the application of reinforcement.
