Abstract

The problems faced by the nation are now widespread corrupt behavior, since the beginning of this country independence, this corruption has penetrated all levels of society, both individually and collectively, both private and government agencies, crime continues to increase in number, especially in state institutions, this is based on data. which shows that, Indonesian Corruption Watch (ICW) researcher Wana Alamsyah said, there were 169 cases of corruption during the first semester of 2020. Overcoming corruption practices with a legal approach has not been effective, so with a religious approach, it will be able to form anti-corruption behavior

Abstract

This paper will elaborate on the issue of divorce in the homeland that needs serious attention from the special elements of the nation and society in general, as well as the solution. Divorce is increasingly increasing, because it cannot be underestimated, because it causes the low existence of the nation's life. The dilemma The case continues to soar, even though the ideals and hopes of all couples who will get married never have the intention to finally separate. However, in reality, these hopes are dashed as storms and waves hit the household plume, many trials end in bitter decisions not to end. together again. There are a number of things that should be considered in highlighting this issue, first the role of mediation, BP4 as well as regulations that apply so that the business is expected to overcome divorce between married couples. Therefore, the focus of this writing is even though the role and function of mediation in reconciling the parties. So that in the future the results can be more effective and efficient in overcoming the problem and getting a positive contribution to the life of the community, the state and the nation to support household harmony.

Abstract

Prinsip-prinsip hukum privat property bahwa sumberdaya alam yang dikuasai pertamakali oleh manusia, maka sumberdaya alam tersebut diakui sebagai kepemilikan individu. Dia dapat memanfaatkan, memindahtangankan, menggunakan dan melarang pihak lain untuk memanfaatkannya. Sehingga orang lain adalah tidak dapat mengganggunya. Prinsip-prinsip Common Propertybahwa sumberdaya alam dikuasai oleh kelompok masyarakat. Kelompok masyarakat tersebut mempunyai hak untuk pemanfaatannya. Pihak luar, diluar anggota kelompoknya tidak dapat memanfaatkannya. Hak kepemilikan kelompok ini tidak bersifat eksklusif artinya dapat dipindahtangankan kepada pihak lain, sepanjang ada kesepakatan bersama.

Abstract

Before proceeding to the process of overcoming conflict, basically a conflict can be prevented, it can be detected by the community and the local government, which are called symptoms of conflict. In general, this conflict occurs because of livestock entering the community's productive lands, such as rice fields planted with rice, gardens planted with rubber seeds, gardens planted with oil palm, and community productive lands planted with various other crops. People certainly don't want their crops to be damaged and even potentially crop failure, while those who own livestock are usually difficult to compromise. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interview and observation. Data analysis techniques in this study use data analysis techniques Miles and Hubermen, including data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing / verification). The results of this study are: not many people know about the regional regulation, the regional regulation has not been implemented in conflict resolution, and the community still applies the "law of the jungle".

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the use of teacher reinforcement skills in learning at GMIM Ranoketang Elementary School. Aspects identified in reinforcement skills include reinforcement components and how to employ reinforcement. This is a qualitative study with a descriptive research design. The individuals in this study were research informants. The abilities of providing reinforcement were the focus of this study. The research is carried out. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were utilized to obtain data. Data were examined using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Member checks and triangulation procedures are used in data validity checking approaches. The study's findings indicate that the instructor employs the reinforcement skills component in learning, which involves both verbal and nonverbal reinforcement. Verbal reinforcement is used to give appreciation in the form of words and sentences. Nonverbal reinforcement is applied by gestures and body movements, tactile reinforcement, entertaining activities, reinforcement in the form of symbols or items, and partial reinforcement. Furthermore, the instructor employs the reinforcement approach in learning, which includes reinforcement for specific people, reinforcement for groups, rapid reinforcement, and changes in the application of reinforcement. The instructor considers the principles of giving reinforcement while implementing the skills of delivering reinforcement
