Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of self-confidence of students before the Cogntive Behavior Therapy CBT approach at STATE 1 Lucky New Middle School. The design of this study uses quantitative research methods with the type of experimental research. Experimental research is defined as a research method used to find the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. The reason the researchers used this type of research, because it uses treatment (treatment) carried out by researchers. The experimental design used in this study is Pre-experimental designs, because there are still external variables that influence the formation of the dependent variable or self-confidence. The form of experimental design used by researchers was with one-group pretest-posttest. The results showed the level of self-confidence of students in STATE 1 Lucky New Middle School before treatment with the Cogntive Behavior Therapy CBT approach with a low pretest score. The level of confidence of students in STATE 1 Lucky Middle School after being treated with the Cogntive Behavior Therapy approach to CBT with an average result of a high posttest score. The Influence of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) on increasing self confidence in New Lucky 1 Middle School students. Based on the Wilcoxon Asymp test results. Sig 0.042 <0.05, the results of this study Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) have an effect on the increase in confidence in New Lucky 1 Middle School students. Abstract

Pembahasan pendidikan dimaknai sebagai suatu proses pematangan kepribadian dan moral seseorang sehingga kehidupan selanjutnya penuh makna dan berarti serta mulia dan bermanfaat bagi dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara dan Sekolah merupakan suatu institusi pendidikan formal yang di dalamnya ada proses pembentukan kepribadian dan moral dengan aturan dan struktur serta penjenjangan yang telah diatur sedemikian rupa dalam merekayasa prose pendidikan. Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam memandirikan merupakan bagian integral dalam proses pendidikan mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Proses komonikasi sewaktu melaksanakan pemberian layanan terjadi interaksi antara guru bimbingan dan konseling dengan siswa, siswa dengan siswa memerlukan media kearipan local (genisus local). Kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam memanfaatkan sumber media genius local agar efektif, efisien, kriatif, inovatif, produktif serta outcomesdiperlukan suatu pengelolaan yang disebut manajemen media bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran dan menjelaskan hal-hal penting dalam mengelola jasa manajemen pencitraan Siti Mariam MA BK di Banjarmasin, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi untuk mencapai standar manajemen pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor internal infrastruktur yang memadai, kualitas guru BK sesuai dengan minimum akademik standar diploma S1. Sekolah memiliki ruang BK sebagai tambahan layanan perbaikan citra faktor. Faktor eksternal yang kondisi lingkungan yang luas dengan penduduk yang relatif besar, tapi sangat mendukung sebagai penyeimbang untuk mencapai layanan pencitraan BK optimal. Kondisi kelas dan ketersediaan faktor lain yang memberikan kontribusi untuk mewujudkan layanan pencitraan membentuk BK

Abstract

Praktek layanan BK di sekolah merupakan usaha membantu peserta didik mengembangkan diri. Diharafkan peserta didik dapat memahamin bakat, minat serta norma dan nilai yang dianut berdasarkan pengalaman dalam kehidupan. BK secara efektif melalui perencanaan program BK dengan prinsip dan bidang layanan bimbingan pribadi, sosial, karier dan belajar serta pemaknaan terhadap pengalaman peserta didik akan menambah berarti bagi peserta didik dalam kehidupannya untuk masa depan yang lebih baik didunia maupun diakhirat. Permasalahan penelitian adalah Mengkaji secara ilmiah bagaimana perencanaan program BK di SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin dengan komponen variabel pendukung internal, pendukung eksternal, variabel fokos, variabel dampak Tujuan penelitian ntuk mendapatkan gambaran perencanaan program BK di SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin, fokus pada faktor perencanaan program, internal dan eksternal, implementasi, dan evaluasi efesiensi dan efektifitas serta produktifitas dan outcome program BK.

The above problems we often find in schools especially in high school, As has happened in high school SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin, teachers BK said there are still many students who are still confused in determining the department and career or what work is chosen later for the future, this is due to lack or BK teachers never provide career information services to students. Based on data analysis shows that there are significant differences in understanding of career planning of class XI students before and after service information that is giving tips and tricks career planning. This is true from the results of the initial test (Pre Test) with an average of 129.12 increased after being given Treatment through information service by providing career planning tips and tricks which then performed the final test (Post Test) with an average of 139.72. Then the initial test difference with the final test is 10.6. Thus, information services with the provision of career planning tips and tricks can be used as a very effective means in determining career planning students XI SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Evaluation is an important activity in management because evaluation of a program can be seen as exhausted. There are several facts in the field regarding Guidance and Counseling evaluation, namely the lack of BK teacher knowledge of the Guidance and Counseling evaluation model, BK teachers are more focused on evaluating the process and the results relating to students and counselors using the 2014 and 2016 Guidance and Counseling Guidance BK teachers who do not have Guidance and Counseling guidelines as a reference for evaluating Guidance and Counseling. The purpose of this study is to find out the factual conditions of Guidance and counseling evaluation, analyze the needs of BK teachers for CIPP based Guidance and Counseling model evaluation and produce CIPP based Guidance and Counseling based evaluation models. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D) carried out with 4 steps namely preliminary study, hypothetical model development, expert validation and model revision. The analysis technique used uses miles and huberman techniques. The results of the study, the BK teacher carried out Guidance and Counseling evaluations well but not yet maximally, the BK teacher needed a comprehensive evaluation model and CIPP based Guidance and Counseling model evaluations that had been validated by experts and practitioners. CIPP based guidance and counseling that has been validated by experts and practitioners.

Abstract

Perilaku merokok dapat dilihat dari empat aspek yaitu fungsi merokok, tempat merokok,intensitas merokok, dan waktu merokok. Perilaku merokok dapat di tunjukkan dengan sikap siswa sehari-hari, kebiasaan ataupun aktifitas lainnya. Dilihat dari permasalahan tersebut terdapat pada siswa SMPN 17 Banjarmasin yang mengalami perilaku merokok khususnya kelas IX, sehingga diperlukan sebuah upaya untuk mereduksi perilaku merokok melalui konseling individual dengan pendekatan behavioral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada penurunan perilaku merokok menggunakan konseling individual dengan pendekatan behavioral pada siswa SMPN 17 Banjarmasin  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Pre-Experimental Design The One Grup Pretest-Posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 orang siswa dan sampel yang akan diambil dengan jumlah 3 orang siswa.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa yang mengalami perilaku merokok dikategori sedang  sebanyak 6 orang, dan rendah sebanyak 15 orang siswa. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan wilcoxon dengan nilai sign. (2-tailed) adalah 0,002 < 0,05.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis data bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling individual dengan pendekatan behavioral dapat mengurangi perilaku merokok pada siswa kelas IX di SMPN 17 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The teenage phase is a fairly critical phase so that every teenager needs a suitable environment so that later they are able to achieve achievements in the family, school and community. Based on this, an environment that is designed in the family, school and community is needed so that each individual can develop according to his potential. Although basically schools are not the only institution that forges students but schools have a considerable impact on the formation of an individual. Therefore, researchers are interested in implementing STIFIn-based Information Services with the aim of optimizing the potential of students. The method used in this study is qualitative. The subjects in this study were students of class IX Rabbani Banjarbaru IT Middle School. The sample in this study were 1 teacher, 2 students, and 2 studaents.The implementation stages of STIFIn-based Information Services for grade IX students at Rabbani Banjarbaru IT Middle School start from the process of exploring the needs of students after the explanation service of the results of the STIFIn-Based Personality Test, to adjust the needs of students then the information service content provided is STIFIn-based Learning Information Services.The results showed that not all information content could be understood, because there was the use of foreign languages and scientific terms that were not familiar to students. In addition, the results and explanation of STIFI-based personality tests are not fully recognized by students, this is due to the environmental factors that influence students in carrying out their developmental tasks.

Abstract

The involvement of guidance and counseling teachers in the school activities program has not been maximized. There has never been a quality audit of guidance and counseling services, Not yet having a standard operational procedure for guidance and counseling services. This service aims to improve the culture of quality guidance and counseling services through training in quality guidance and counseling service quality in Banjarmasin City. The target of service is the teachers of guidance and counseling at Vocational Schools in Banjarmasin City. Method of activities in the form of seminars and workshop about the strategy of quality guidance and counseling services.
