Abstract

Vital signs can be seen human health than body temperature, breathing, blood pressure, and pulse. In this study, designed a prototype monitoring the health condition of the human heart Microcontroller-based devices using GPRS connection to be made in the form of a small box that consists of two measurement points. The steps taken to design a monitoring system jatung human health is to design a system of hardware and software. The sensor used is Pulse Sensor and IC-LM35 spread across two measurement points. These sensors as detection of heart rate, and changes in body temperature, and heart rate measurement results and the temperature will be read and processed in the microcontroller-based Arduino and the measurement results will be stored in SDcard to log data. If there is a weakening of the heart rate in humans this device will send an emergency signal to the server that is the hospital, then the hospital will conduct an emergency response to pasienya. The results of the measurement of body temperature has an error rate of 0.73% and heart rate measurement with ECG sensor error rate of 3% and with manual measurement error of 2%.

The above problems we often find in schools especially in high school, As has happened in high school SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin, teachers BK said there are still many students who are still confused in determining the department and career or what work is chosen later for the future, this is due to lack or BK teachers never provide career information services to students. Based on data analysis shows that there are significant differences in understanding of career planning of class XI students before and after service information that is giving tips and tricks career planning. This is true from the results of the initial test (Pre Test) with an average of 129.12 increased after being given Treatment through information service by providing career planning tips and tricks which then performed the final test (Post Test) with an average of 139.72. Then the initial test difference with the final test is 10.6. Thus, information services with the provision of career planning tips and tricks can be used as a very effective means in determining career planning students XI SMA Negeri 4 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Character building is a long journey in educating children, the results may only be seen after months or even years. There is never one effective "recipe" that can answer all the problems in instilling a positive character in children. This service is carried out in the form of counseling which aims to increase awareness of using positive language by parents in communicating with their children. Thus, after participating in this counseling, parents in Mandalle Village, especially mothers, can be more assertive in educating and caring for their children. In addition, it is hoped that after the counseling activities take place, the parenting style for their children will get better so that children's character can be shaped properly and appropriately.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya pemerintah dalam memberantas tindak pidana korupsi dan bagaimana objek praperadilan dalam upaya pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi, di mana dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif disimpulkan: 1. Upaya pemerintah dalam memberantas tindak pidana korupsi dilakukan melalui upaya pencegahan dan upaya penindakan. Upaya pencegahan dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman antikorupsi kepada masyarakat dan penyelenggara negara melalui strategi pendidikan antikorupsi mulai dari pendidikan dasar maupun perguruan tinggi maupun bagi aparat penegak hukum dan penyelenggara negara. Upaya penindakan dilakukan melalui proses penegakan hukum dengan menghukum para pelaku. Namun upaya penindakan belum mampu menimbulkan efek jera, karena ternyata sampai saat ini tindak pidana korupsi masih banyak terjadi, bahkan sosok yang dipandang masyarakat punya integritas terjebak pada praktek korupsi. 2. Objek praperadilan dalam upaya pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi didasarkan pada ketentuan Pasal 77 KUHAP dan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor : 21/PUU-XII/2004. Berdasarkan Pasal 77 KUHAP objek praperadolan terbatas pada sah atau tidaknya penangkapan, penahanan, penghentian penyidikan, penghentian penuntutan, ganti rugi dan rehabilitasi. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor : 21/PUU-XII/2004 memperluas objek praperadilan termasuk sah dan tidaknya penetapan tersangka penggeledahan dan penyitaan, untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap hak asasi tersangka, dan sebagai pengawasan terhadap kegiatan penyidik bahwa mereka harus sangat hati-hati dalam menetapkan tersangka.Kata kunci: praperadilan; korupsi;
