Tujuan penelitian ini yakni menghasilkan kartu huruf yang valid, praktis dan efektif digunakan untuk membaca permulaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni pengembangan model ASSURE (1) (Analyze Learners); (2) (States Objectives); (3) (Select Methods, Media, and Ingredient), (4) (Utilize Mediaand Ingredient); (5) (Require Learner Participation); (6) (Evaluate and Revise). Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa angket, tes serta dokumentasi penelitian. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yakni kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil data penelitian diperoleh fakta bahwa kartu huruf yang dikembangkan peneliti dinyatakan sangat valid dengan presentase sebesar 89% pada validator media dan 85,21% validator ahli materi. Selain itu juga kualitas kartu huruf memperoleh respon dengan presentase sebesar 90,4% yang masuk pada kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa kartu huruf sangat layak digunakan karena telah memenuhi kriteria peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa yakni dengan hasil NGain Score didapatkan hasil presentase sebesar 73.88% di kelas IIB dan 64.79 di kelas IIC. Oleh karena itu, kartu huruf yang dikembangkan peneliti sudah masuk pada kategori valid, praktis dan efektif diterapkan di kelas IIB dan IIC SD GMIT 01 Kalabahi Kabupaten Alor.

Alor Regency is one of the regencies that has a lot of tourism potential and is also known as the land of a thousand mokos, therefore Alor is famous for its heaven in the east of the sun. According to the task obtained: This research was carried out in the village of Alor Besar Kec.ABAL with the title Analysis of the tourism potential of the Sebanjar beach. can spoil our eyes when we are there, the facilities that are offered are extraordinary where the local community organizes the tour very well. Sebanjar tourism looks crowded with visitors on holidays. On weekdays, visitors are not too crowded. To enter, visitors can pay a nominal fee of Rp. 2,000/person if seen from visitor data. Sebanjar beach tourism also provides facilities for visitors if they want to stay where there are eight villas. And there is also a cafe that provides typical food.

Rumusan permasalahan penelitian ini ialah Apakah Pengaruh Metode Diskusi Kelompok Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berbicara pada Peserta Didik Kelas IV di SD GMIT Puntaru. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode diskusi terhadap kemampuan berbicara peserta didik serta peningkatan kemampuan tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian eksperimen Nonequivalent Control Group Design, dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan dua kelas dimana salah satu kelas diberi perlakuan metode diskusi sedangkan kelas lainnya tidak. Pelaksaan penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IVA dan IVB dengan sistem pemilihan peserta didik. Keberhasilan pembelajaran pada penelitian ini ditinjau dari adanya perbedaan nilai antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol, peningkatan kemampuan, aktivitas peserta didik, serta respon positif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah data skor melalui tes lisan peserta didik Angket observasi guna mengetahui aktivitas peserta didik, serta angket respon guna mengetahui pendapat peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kelas eksperimen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Hal ini terlihat dari thitung ≥ ttabel yakni 5,493 ≥ 2,086 yang berarti antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol memiliki perbedaan hasil yang sangat signifikan. Selain itu, uji NGain Score dengan hasil kelas eksperimen memiliki presentase rata-rata 65,31 “Cukup Efektif” sedangkan pada kelas kontrol hanya 46,72 “Kurang Efektif”. Aktivitas peserta didik selama pembelajaran menggunakan metode diskusi menunjukkan presentase keaktifan sebesar 91% “Sangat Aktif”. Selain itu respon peserta didik menunjukkan sebesar 87% peserta didik merasa “Sangat Mampu” apabila pembelajaran dilakukan dengan metode diskusi.

The forest is a large area of land overgrown with trees. Forests are useful in maintaining the balance of the environment for humans. Forests are categorized based on the types of trees present in the forest. There is a teak forest because the majority of trees in the forest are teak. Trees in the forest have many functions including holding back the rate of soil erosion, absorbing carbon dioxide, adding soil nutrients, being able to reduce wind speed and so on. , but it also helps to get a deeper explanation. Forest damage due to illegal logging occurred in East Welai Village, forest damage occurred in forest areas which were mostly planted with teak trees. This also happened in the forest area of the Nirwala Stone Mountain Slopes. The perpetrators of the logging are none other than the local people who live around the forest. In early 2000 the condition of Mount Batu Nirwala was bare without any trees. Natural disasters such as earthquakes began to hit the area around the forest. Drought also occurs even in the rainy season. The water discharge at the springs has decreased. This condition encourages the emergence of awareness of the people who live under the slopes of the mountain to carry out a conservation movement to restore the function of the Nirwala Batu Mountain forest which has been a buffer for the ecosystem for the area beneath it. deforested so that it can restore the function of forest ecosystems such as storing carbon as a source of groundwater reserves, reducing the amount of carbon dioxide, rebuilding wildlife habitat

Indonesia consists of various tribes spread across several islands, in the midst of this globalization era, westernization is considered one that has faded local cultural values because many western values have been diffused into local values. The progress of a nation is influenced by the quality of education of the nation itself because higher education can produce quality human resources. The education referred to here is not non-formal but formal in nature, covering the teaching and learning process which involves teachers and students. The purpose of this PKM activity is to prepare students to be able to develop cooperative networks in an effort to solve problems to meet the needs of the dynamics of life in society while at the same time educating the nation's life in advancing the welfare of society, especially the people of Alor Regency.
