Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceptance of the CEISA system implemented at the Main Service Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise Type B Batam City. Based on the Decree of the Director General of Customs and Excise No.351/BC/2017 regarding the application for submission of customs declaration documents with the CEISA Application System. Respondents of this research are import and export companies that perform customs services with a sample of 60 users, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Based on the conclusions obtained from the research results and by using Path Analysis assisted by IBM SPSS Statistics V22, it proves that the perceived ease of use of CEISA directly affects the perceived usefulness of CEISA significantly. Perceived usefulness directly affects attitudes towards CEISA is significant. The perceived usefulness of CEISA which indirectly affects the acceptance of CEISA is significant and the attitude towards CEISA towards the acceptance of CEISA is significant.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the tracer study of alumni of the Batam State Polytechnic Applied Business Administration Study Program (Case Study of Alumni 2015-2021). The research data is mainly sourced from questionnaires distributed to 227 alumni samples determined by the Krejcie & Morgan technique. Respondent characteristics are presented based on gender, type of class attended, year of graduation, and current domicile distribution. In addition, respondent data is presented based on the absorption of alumni which includes employment status, description of the respondent's current situation, type of work done, income, and how to get a job. The results showed that as many as 211 alumni (92.95%) had jobs that were relevant to the curriculum, but as many as 16 alumni (7.05%) did not have relevant jobs so that the Applied Business Administration Study Program curriculum had high relevance to the world of work.

Abstract

Transportation is something that is very close and cannot be separated in today's life. Facilities are elements related to the level of satisfaction of service users. The availability of adequate facilities encourages passengers to feel satisfaction with the company's performance. The research uses quantitative analysis methods. The aim of this research is to determine the significant influence of facilities, service quality and price perceptions partially and simultaneously on Trans Batam user satisfaction. This research found that partially facilities (X1), service quality (X2) and price perception (X3) had a significant influence on passenger satisfaction (Y). From the test results, the calculated F value is 155,889 with the F table being 2.65 so that the calculated F value > F table or 155,889 > 2.65 and the significant level is 0.000 < 0.05, so H4 is accepted, it can be concluded that simultaneously the facility variables (X1), service quality (X2) and price perception (X3) simultaneously influence Trans Batam Bus passenger satisfaction.
