This study aims to determine 1) whether there is an influence of leadership on employee motivation at the BPN Office of Boyolali Regency, 2) whether there is an influence of work culture on employee motivation at the BPN Office of Boyolali Regency, and 3) whether there is the influence of leadership and work culture on employee motivation at the BPN Office of Boyolali Regency. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in the study amounted to 121 people and a sample of 93 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument and test the reliability using Cronbach`s Alpha coefficient. The analysis used to test the research hypothesis uses the SPSS 15 for Windows application, namely multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on work motivation as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 2.590 > 0.239 and a significance value of 0.011 which is less than 0.050; 2) there is a positive and significant effect of work culture on work motivation as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 5.256 > 0.486 and a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.050; and 3) there is a positive influence of leadership and work culture on work motivation as evidenced by the F test statistical value of 30.239 with a significance of 0.001 which is less than 0.050.
