Abstract

The objectives of research are: (1) to find out whether or not there is a significant effect of physical work environment on the morale of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012, (2) to find out whether or not there is a significant effect of organizational culture on the morale of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012, and (3) to find out whether or not there is a significant effect of physical work environtment and organizational culture n the morale of KJKS kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012.This research employed a quantitative research approach with a descriptive method. The population of research was the employees of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar in 2012. The sampling technique used was  saturated sampling technique, the one with all members of population used s the sample so that the number of samples was 42. The technique of collecting data used was questionnaire supported by documentation method. The data analysis use in this research was a multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the result of research, it could be concluded that: (1) there was a significant relationship of physical of work environment to the morale of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012. It could be seen from the values of rstatistic > rtable­ or 0.450 > 0.304 at significance level of 5%. (2) There was a significant relationship of organizational culture tio the morale of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012. It could be seen from the values of rstatistic > rtable­ or 0.458 > 0.304 at significance level of 5%. (3) There is a significant relationship of physical work environment and organizational culture to the morale of KJKS Kospin Syariah Karanganyar employees in 2012 . It could be seen from the values of Fstatistic > Ftable­ or 11.165 > 3.238 at significance level of 5%. With the result of multiple linear equation of ? = 7.779 + 0.526X1 + 0.315X2. The physical work environment variable give relative contribution of 48.93% and effective contribution of 17.82%.Organizational culture variable give relative contribution of 51.07 and effective contribution of 18.59%. Keywords: physical work environment, organizational culture, and morale.

Abstract

The aims of the study were to find: (1) if there was significant effect of internship practical work toward the soft skills mastery of the eleventh grade students of the Office and Administration Department of SMK Islam Al Hikmah Mayong Jepara; (2) if there was significant effect of the students? organizing motivation towards their soft skills mastery; (3) if there was significant effect of both internship practical work and students? organizing motivation toward their soft skills mastery. This study was a quantitative study applying descriptive method. Its population was the eleventh grade students of the Office and Administration Department of SMK Islam Al Hikmah Mayong Jepara in the year of 2012. Its sample was taken through probability sampling is simple random sampling using lottery. It was 37 students of 58 population. The data were collected by distributing questionnaire and documentation. The data were then analyzed by using the technique of double regression analysis, the linear equation of which was ? = 3,422 + 0,293 + 0,430. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that: (1) there was a positive significant effect of internship practical work toward the soft skills mastery. This was indicated by the value of > or 0,466 > 0,325, in addition by the value of > or 2,886 > 2,042 in the level of significance 5%; (2) there was a positive significant effect of their organizing motivation toward their soft skills mastery. This could be proved by the value of > or 0,448 > 0,325, in addition by the value of > or 2,727 > 2,042 in the level of significance 5%; and (3) there was a positive significant manner together effect of both the internship practical work and students? organizing motivation toward their soft skills mastery. It was shown by the value of > or 9,470 > 3,33 in the level of significane 5%. The relative contribution of internship practical work ) toward the soft skills mastery (Y) was 52,4% and the one of the organizing motivation ) toward their soft skills mastery (Y) was 47,6%. The relative contribution of the internship practical work ) toward their? soft skills mastery (Y) was 18,8% and their organizing motivation ) toward their soft skills mastery (Y) was 17 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are for knowing : 1) Organizational culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region. (2) Inhibitor factor in building organizational culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region. (3) Efforts for handling the problem in Organizational Culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods, case study approximation. The research strategy is single research strategy. The source of data came from informan, time and place, documents, and archive. Sampling technique that we use is Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling. Collecting Data are from interview, observation, and documents analysis. Data validity technique that we use are triangle data and triangle methods. Data analysis technique that we use are interactive analysis technique start from collecting data, reducing data, perform data, and conclusion. Research procedure consist of preparation step, excecution step and primary data analysis, final data analysis, conclusion, making a report, and copying reports. The conclusion of this research are: Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta  Region have culture organization that are professional, perceptive and loved by people. (1) There are many way to build organizational culture in Red Cross Surakarta Region. That are (a) The person who can be a center (b) education and training for Human resources (c) regular meeting once two weeks. (2) Inhibitor factor to build organizational culture in Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta  Region are : (a) Individual person (b) there just a few media to sosialize organization vision, mission, and main purpose (3) The efforts to build organizational culture in indonesian Red Cross Surakarta Region . Abstract

Pengaruh globalisasi berdampak pada semakin beragamnya jenis makanan yang ada di Indonesia termasuk jenis makanan yang berasal dari luar negeri (western food) dan salah satu yang sangat berkembang pesat adalah makanan yang berasal dari Italia (Italian food) seperti pasta dan pizza. Dilatarbelakangi hal tersebut, terlihat bahwa saat ini peluang usaha di bidang kuliner sudah banyak dilirik karena memiliki prospek yang bagus kedepannya. Pendampingan difokuskan pada 4P yaitu, product, price, place dan promotion. Inkubasi bisnis teknologi ini dilakukan mulai bulan Agustus hingga November 2016. Akan tetapi pendampingan pengembangan usaha tetap dilakukan hingga usaha tersebut berkembang dan sukses. Dalam kegiatan ini, PPKwu memberikan pendampingan berupa pengajuan legalitas usaha, pengurusan sertifikat laik hygiene, HKI, sertifikat halal MUI, pengembangan website, pembuatan kemasan, pengembangan inovasi produk pizza, branding, system administrasi dan keuangan, dan penggunaan mesin pencetak pizza.

Abstract

Pilang Village is one of the villages in Subdistrict of Sragen. This village has a potential in producing batik. Batik is a craft that has high artistic value and has been a part of Indonesian culture (especially in Java) since long. Up till now in Sragen, batik staining has been doing manually; this becomes an obstacle because manual staining takes a long time and sometimes not tidy. To overcome this, then the officials provide a dye machine batik, i.e., Fider machine. The benefits gained from the implementation of this activity are to help improve the quality of production, help develop the business of batik SME Karya Mandiri, and help improve the professionalism and productivity of batik craftsmen group, in order to achieve the formation of groups of batik craftsmen. Methods used to help overcome the problems that have been agreed above are through business management training, training and partial support of production equipment support and mentoring.

Abstract

Daging puyuh, kini mulai digemari masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan namun belum banyak masyarakat yang menjual daging puyuh. Burung puyuh juga diketahui mengandung nilai gizi yang tinggi. Sehingga akhir-akhir ini, permintaan terhadap daging puyuh semakin meningkat. Dengan demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan permintaan terhadap olahan daging puyuh. Untuk memperbanyak variasi dalam hal sajian menu daging puyuh, perlu inovasi olahan yang baru agar bisa bersaing dipasaran, peluang tersebut yaitu membuka usaha burung masakan puyuh ungkep dengan sajian bakar goreng, penyet, rica-rica, dll, dengan harga yang bersaing. Dalam pendampingan ini dilakukan beberapa kegiatan antara lain: pendampingan peningkatan kapasitas produksi, pembuatan mesin pencabut bulu, sewa alat vacuum packaging, pembuatan menu baru, packaging, legalitas usaha, branding, dan renovasi ruangan warung makan.

Abstract

Industri mebel dan kerajinan merupakan industri yang cukup banyakmenyerap tenaga kerja. Industri ini masuk ke dalam 10 industri unggulanyang menyumbang kinerja ekspor nasional. CV. Jembatan LintasBenua merupakan salah satu UKM yang berkecimpung di dunia mebel.CV. Jembatan Lintas Benua bertempat di Serenan, Sukoharjo. Mebel yangdiproduksi merupakan mebel kayu dengan gaya modern minimalis. Saatini, pemasaran produk-produk mebel telah mengalami kemajuan hinggaekspor ke luar negeri. Untuk mendukung pemasarannya, CV. JembatanLintas Benua telah memiliki website yang dapat digunakan untukmelakukan pemasaran secara online. Akan tetapi, website tersebut belumdikelola secara optimal. Metode pemecahan masalah yang diterapkankepada mitra antara lain; pelatihan inclass yang meliputi pelatihankewirausahaan; pelatihan manajemen keuangan dan pelatihanmanajemen pemasaran. Selain itu diberikan pula teknologi tepat gunaberupa website serta seperangkat PC computer yang akan dilaksanakandalam jangka waktu dua tahun. Output kegiatan IbPU ini diharapkanmampu meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan produk mebel kedua mitra sertameningkatkan jumlah ekspor pada skala yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Jurnal Kewiruasahaan dan Bisnis (JKB) is a journal published by PPKwu twice in a year. Currently the journal has a printed ISSN and an electronic ISSN. To enter the accredited journal stage, one of the provisions is that the articles published must consist of at least 2 different institutions. Starting in 2015, JKB has published a journal containing articles from two different institutions. However, there are still few articles from institutions other than the UNS. This is due to the absence of socialization of the Entrepreneurship and Business Journal to other institutions. This activity aims to socialize the Entrepreneurship and Business Journal to other institutions. Hoped that it will increase the number of article publications from UNS and other institutions, increase the number of peer reviewers of JKB, increase the branding index of PPKwu, improve the network of collaboration so that they can achieve the UNS mission, it is UNS towards world class university.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial learning is one of the compulsory subjects that must be attended by students, but interest in student entrepreneurship is still low. The purpose of this study is to determine : (1) the effect of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurship interest of the student of Teacher Training and Education Faculty; (2) the effect of using social media on entrepreneurship interest of the student of Teacher Training and Education Faculty; and (3) the effect of entrepreneurial learning and using of  social media together on entrepreneurship interest of student of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University. The research method used is descriptive correlational with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students who have taken entrepreneurship courses which consists 1863 students. The research sample are 96 students, which taken with a proporsional random sampling. Data collection technique carried out by using questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS release 24.0. The result show that: (1) there is a significant positive effect of learning entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial interest (t-count (3.087) > t-table (1.9855)). (2) there is a significant positive effect of utilization social media on entrepreneurial interest (t-count (5.033) > t-table (1.9855))and (3) there is significant positive effect of learning entrepreneurship and utilization social media together on entrepreneurial interest (F-count (26.294) >F-table (3.09)). The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant influence on entrepreneurial learning and using of social media on entrepreneurship interest.Key words: entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurship, social media

Abstract

Masa pensiun acapkali dianggap menjadi masa yang kurang menyenangkan. Salah satu bentuk dalam mempersiapkan pekerjaan semasa pensiun adalah berwirausaha. Tujuan Kegiatan Pengiriman Peserta Pembekalan Pensiun Luar Daerah bagi PNS Pemerintah Kota Salatiga adalah mempersiapkan mental dalam menghadapi masa purnabakti, meningkatkan pemahaman tentang wawasan kewirausahaan dan mengenalkan bentukbentuk peluang bisnis yang dapat dilakukan dalam masa pensiunn, mempersiapkan aktivitas pekerjaan bagi calon purna bakti dalam bidang kewirausahaan, meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam berwirausaha. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan metodemetode ceramah (30%), diskusi kelompok dan kunjungan lapang dengan bahan dan materi yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya. Teori diberikan dalam bentuk klasikal dan study visit (70%) dilakukan pada perusahaan atau usaha kecil dan menengah yang ada di wilayah Surakarta dan sekitarnya. Praktek simulasi bisnis diberikan kepada peserta untuk menambah wawasan peserta mengenai dunia marketing sekaligus mengevaluasi hasil praktek peserta untuk dijadikan bahan diskusi mengenai cara-cara pemasaran jitu.
