<![CDATA[Abstrak Sejak dikeluarkannya Instruksi Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun2022 tentang Optimalisasi Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional sertaSurat Dirjen PHPT No.HR.02/153-400/II/2022 syarat pendaftaran peralihan hak atastanah atau biasa disebut balik nama karena jual beli harus menyertakan Kartu BPJSKesehatan atau dengan kata lain pembeli tanah harus merupakan peserta yang aktifdalam program jaminan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mencari tau korelasi BPJSKesehatan dalam pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah dan juga harus memenuhisyarat sahnya suatu perjanjian yang terdapat dalam pasal 1320 KUHPerdata.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif atau kepustakaanyang mengacu pada norma-norma hukum. Data yang diperoleh dianalisismenggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa memang tidakada korelasi secara hukum antara syarat peralihan hak atas tanah dengan programjaminan kesetahan berupa BPJS Kesehatan.Kata Kunci: BPJS Kesehatan, Pendaftaran, Peralihan Hak Atas Tanah, SyaratPerjanjian, Jual Beli.AbstractSince the issuance of the Intruksi Presiden Republik Indonesia Number 1 of 2022concerning Optimalisasi Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional and theSurat Dirjen PHPT No.HR.02/153-400/II/2022 the registration requirements for thetransfer of land rights or commonly referred to as reverse name because the sale andpurchase must include a BPJS Health Card or in other words, the land buyer must be an active participant in the health insurance program. The purpose of the study was to find out the correlation of BPJS Health in registering the transfer of land rights and must also meet the requirements for the validity of an agreement contained in article 1320 of KUHPerdata. This research uses normative legal research methods or literature that refers to legal norms. The data obtained are analyzed using descriptive methods.
