Abstract

According to data presented by the Rokan Hulu Health Service, 2022, COVID-19 cases in Riau Province are still relatively high. Pekanbaru City is in first place with the highest COVID-19 case area in Riau Province. In 9th place is occupied by Rokan Hulu Regency with a total of 5,881 cases. The development of the COVID-19 case in Rokan Hulu Regency is relatively fast after Pekanbaru City. In the early days of COVID-19 entering Rokan Hulu Regency, the Government began to intensively implement social distancing to control COVID-19. Within a day, cases of COVID-19 in Rokan Hulu Regency reached 130 cases/day

Abstract

Even though MSME business performance has not reached its optimal potential due to various obstacles such as lack of capital support and obstacles in business management, attention to the MSME sector remains important and growing. The three main reasons for supporting the increase in MSMEs are: first, MSMEs act as a survival strategy in times of economic downturn; second, the tendency of MSMEs to absorb labor and intensively utilize local natural resources; third, the role of MSMEs in reducing poverty levels and encouraging income distribution in society.

Abstract

Beras (Oryza sativa) adalah kelompok serealia yang populer untuk penduduk di Benua Asia. Beras merupakan makanan pokok bagi masyarakat di Indonesia, namun meningkatnya kebutuhan komoditas beras tidak diimbangi dengan produksi beras dalam negeri, sehingga pemerintah terpaksa melakukan impor beras untuk memenuhi permintaan masyarakat (Zaeroni dan Rustariyuni, 2016). Menurut data angka sementara, dalam Buku Rencana Strategis Kementerian Pertanian Tahun 2015—2019 (2015), menunjukkan bahwa angka produktivitas padi di Indonesia pada tahun 2010—2014 mengalami penurunan. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan data impor beras di Indonesia yang mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ketahun

Abstract

Aging is a process of the body's ability to slowly disappear due to decreased ability of body tissues to maintain their normal functions. This aging body will then be followed by various health problems related to degenerative diseases 1. The percentage of Indonesian elderly has roughly doubled in the last 5 decades (1971-2020), namely to 9.92% (26 million). Meanwhile, according to data from the Gorontalo Provincial Health Office, there are 123,617 elderly people and the largest number of elderly people in Gorontalo district, namely 41,875 people 5. One of the changes that occurs in the elderly is cognitive impairment. The brain as a complex organ, the center for regulating body systems and the cognitive center is one of the organs that is vulnerable to the aging process. Among the elderly, cognitive function decline is the biggest cause of inability to carry out normal daily activities, and is also the most common reason that causes dependence on others to care for themselves (care dependence) in the elderly.
