Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat dalam strategi tersebut dalam meningkatkan omset penjualan Warung Bakso Mas Cingkrank. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana sumber data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh secara tidak langsung melalui perantara media ataupun buku. Kemudian informan penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga sumber. Dua diantaranya adalah Manajer Digital Marketing dan Manajer Outlet sedangkan yang lainnya dari unsur karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada empat strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan Warung Bakso Mas Cingkrank dalam meningkatkan omset penjualannya yaitu : periklanan dalam media sosial, penjualan personal (Personal Selling), pemasaran langsung (Direct Marketing), dan promosi penjualan (Sales Promotion). Sedangkan hambatan pemasaran dalam meningkatkan omset penjualan Warung Bakso Mas Cingkrank diantaranya yaitu : harga barang pokok yang terus naik, gangguan di media sosial dan kondisi saat hujan yang juga mempengaruhi pemasaran Warung Bakso Mas Cingkrank.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk :mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorse Rachel Vennya pada akun benee.id terhadap minat beli produk fashion Wanita dan hubungan Celebrity endorse Rachel Vennya terhadap brand olshop benee.id dengan minat konsumen.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan lokasi penelitian di jalan Pacerakkang, Kota Makassar. Pengumpulan data yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner atau angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorser Rachel Vennya, memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion wanita yang dipromosikan. Rachel Vennya sebagai celebrity endorser dengan kredibilitas, daya tarik dan kekuatan tinggi sehingga dapat menciptakan persepsi positif terhadap produk yang direview sehingga menimbulkan keinginan dan minat yang berupa tindakan keputusan pembelian terhadap produk fashion wanita pada benee.id yang di promosikan. Hubungan celebrity endorse Rachel vennya terhadap brand olshop benee.id dengan minat beli konsumen memiliki hubungan.Adanya hubungan tersebut celebrity endorse Rachel Vennya memiliki peranan penting untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran dalam mempromosikan produk fashion wanita.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan yang mempunyai potensi untuk mengembangkan industri pariwisata yang besar, sebab industri pariwisata di Indonesia telah berkembang pesat. Pentingnya pengembangan potensi pariwisata bagi daerah Kabupaten Maros sesuai dengan visi daerah untuk menjadikan Maros sebagai daerah wisata. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang bagaimana Pola komunikasi pariwisata oleh Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Maros beserta Pemerintah Desa Nisombalia dan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pola komunikasi pariwisata sejauh ini sudah berjalan lancar, karena adanya kemajuan tentang pengembangan potensi pantai kuri.. Terdapat juga beberapa dukungan baik dari pemerintah daerah ataupun pemerintah setempat selalu memfasilitasi mayarakat dengan mengadakan sebuah pelatihan kepada masyarakat Dusun Kuri Caddi untuk memanfaatkan SDM yang ada.

Abstract

Mass media is usually considered as the delivery of information. The essence of the function of the media as a messenger of information is news. News is a report about an event or opinion that chooses important, interesting value from some audiences. Events or opinions will not become news if they are not published through the mass media. In this case, the news raised in this study is the criminal news of sexual harassment cases in 2021 which aired on the iNews Sulsel television program, which will be analyzed by researchers using qualitative content analysis techniques, as well as collecting public responses about reporting cases of sexual harassment with qualitative descriptive methods. . The results of the study, it can be concluded that criminal news regarding cases of sexual harassment that aired on the South Sulawesi iNews television program in 2021 only broadcast one informant by focusing on police statements. And the audience has a response to the meaning of sexual violence based on the background of each informant, namely, parents, education, community/environment around them. Based on the audience's interpretation, the position of women in cases of sexual violence is a vulnerable party because women are considered as trigger objects. That is the important role of the media in providing information, especially regarding cases of sexual harassment so that it does not happen again or happens around us

Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) to determine the implementation of the Public Relations function of the DPRD of South Sulawesi Province. (2) To determine the effectiveness of organizational communication in the public relations of the DPRD of South Sulawesi Province. The method used in this research is qualitative method. There were four informants in this study. This research lasted for one month and was located at the DPRD Office of the South-Sulawesi Province. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This research lasted for one month and took place at the South Sulawesi DPRD office. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Effectiveness of Organizational Communication in the Implementation of the Public Relations Function at the DPRD Office of the Province of South Sulawesi is effectively in accordance with the function of public relations, namely being trusted, supportive, open, paying attention, and actively asking for opinions, as well as giving awards for high performance standards. good. As well as in implementing the public relations function, the DPRD of South Sulawesi Province applies an online system and is very efficient to accommodate people's aspirations so that mutual communication occurs.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the working mechanism of the Ujung Pandang Express Daily (Upeks) in determining the coverage issues that will be raised as Headline news and what are the factors that influence the determination of Headline news. The type of research used is qualitative research. This study uses two types of theories, namely the Agenda Setting Theory and the Hierarchy of Influence Theory. The results of this study concluded that the determination of Headline news before it was determined had to go through a working mechanism, namely 1). Editorial meeting, 2). Coverage, 3). Editing, 4) determination of news headlines. In addition, there are factors that influence the determination of headline news, namely internal factors and external factors. 1). Abstract

Tourism is one of the main sectors in increasing state income in Indonesia. Indonesia, which is an archipelagic country, has abundant natural wealth with a variety of cultures, customs, and religions where these natural wealth can be utilized in the field of tourism as a commodity sector that is very good for the economy and as a foreign exchange earner of the country second only to petroleum and natural gas. This study aims to find out the strategy of promoting tea garden agrotourism destinations and to find out what the role of the Gowa Regency Tourism and Culture Office is in awakening tea garden agrotourism destinations. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with the location of the first research, the Gowa District Tourism and Culture Office and the second, Malino Highlands Tea Garden located in Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency. Data collection is by means of data collection, reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the promotion strategy carried out by the Malino Tea Garden Agrotourism Destination in Increasing Regional Original Income is to collaborate with travel agency agents, banners, spreading through social media such as Websites, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, installation of tourist locations on goggle maps, and from some information conveyed by customers who have come to the Malino Tea Garden Agrotourism location to potential customers through word of mouth. The role of the Gowa Regency Tourism and Culture Office in Awakening The Agrotourism of Malino Tea Garden includes development and promotion, facilities and infrastructure, and environmental management strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of an industrial relations strategy program as an effort to increase employee motivation and to determine the condition of the organizational communication climate that exists between management and employees at PT. Main Initiative Esaputlii. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama has succeeded in carrying out the industrial relations program because it has received a fairly good response from employees as well as employees who are quite satisfactory through programs, special events programs, award programs, and internal communication media programs. Likewise with the organizational communication climate applied by PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama with behavior that shows to the core, warm but still responsible.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to identify what organizational communication efforts are being done to improve the performance of ASN in the Makassar City Governance section, and to find out how the role of organizational communication in improving ASN performance in the Makassar City Governance section is. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The type of research used is the field type (Field Research). This research lasted for one month and was located at the Makassar City Hall office with 4 informants. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the efforts on the part of Governance in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus are by giving rewards and punishments, if the employee's performance is good, they will be rewarded, and if the employee's performance is not good, they will be punished. The role of communication carried out by the Makassar city government is vertical and horizontal communication, where superiors provide motivation to subordinates, and subordinates provide input or solutions to superiors and fellow employees in the governance section
