<![CDATA[Abstrack. Career maturity is characterized by the ability of students to make career choices. In fact, the concept of career development and career maturity is usually not a serious concern, either in the school environment, the world of work, or Indonesian society in general. High school students, especially those in class XII, must decide whether to continue their tertiary education or enter the workforce directly. Adolescents often experience external influences during the process of social development, so it is helpful for them to make their own decisions about their choice of work. Therefore, social support is needed for students to develop career maturity. This study aims to determine how much influence social support has on the career maturity of class XII students of SMAN in Bandung City. This study uses the social support theory model from House and the career maturity theory model from Super. This research method uses causality with a quantitative approach. This study used a psychological measuring instrument scale from Hanifah and a career maturity scale from Sartika. The population in this study were students of class XII SMAN in Bandung City with the final sample obtained as many as 274 students of class XII SMAN in Bandung City. The data analysis used is a simple linear regression test technique. The results of data processing show an R-square of 0.123, which means that the influence of the social support variable (X) on the career maturity variable (Y) is 12.3%. While the remaining 87.7% is the influence exerted by other factors not examined. Obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.005 So it can be concluded that the social support variable influences the career maturity variable of class XII students of SMAN in Bandung City. Keywords: Social support, Career Maturity, Class XII High School Students Abstrak. Kematangan karier ditandai dengan kemampuan siswa dalam menetapkan pilihan kariernya. Kenyataannya, konsep perkembangan karier dan kematangan karier biasanya belum menjadi perhatian serius, baik di lingkungan sekolah, dunia kerja, ataupun masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya. Siswa sekolah menengah atas, khususnya yang berada di kelas XII, harus memutuskan apakah akan melanjutkan pendidikan perguruan tinggi atau langsung memasuki dunia kerja. Remaja sering mengalami pengaruh eksternal selama proses perkembangan sosial, sehingga membantu bagi mereka untuk membuat keputusan sendiri tentang pilihan pekerjaan mereka. Maka dari itu, social support diperlukan bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan kematangan karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh social support terhadap kematangan karier siswa kelas XII SMAN di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan model teori social support dari House dan model teori kematangan karier dari Super. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologis alat ukur dari Hanifah dan skala kematangan karier dari Sartika. Populasi pada penlitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMAN di Kota Bandung dengan sampel akhir yang didapatkan yaitu sebanyak 274 siswa kelas XII SMAN di Kota Bandung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan R-square sebesar 0.123 yang artinya bahwa pengaruh variable social support (X) terhadap variable kematangan karier (Y) sebesar 12.3%. Sedangkan sebanyak 87.7% sisanya merupakan pengaruh yang diberikan oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Didapatkan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.000 < 0.005 Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable social support berpengaruh terhadap variabel kematangan karier siswa kelas XII SMAN di Kota Bandung.
