<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low learning activity of students in the classroom and the lack of students understanding of the material that has been taught by the teacher. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning activity and understanding. Using the everyone is a teacher here strategy in class X SMA Negeri 1 Rengat Barat. The method used is a descriptive quantitative research method. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The data collection technique uses observation sheets and tests (evaluation). Analysis of the data using observation sheets and tests (evaluation). The research subjects consisted of an experimental class and a control class, with the sample selection using the Random Sampling technique. With a total of 34 students in the experimental class and 33 students in the control class. The results of the data analysis stated that the results were significant and the hypothesis was accepted. This means the activity has increased with an average value of 90,06% with a very good category. Student's understanding of learning increased in the experimental class with an average score of 61,69% in the medium category and in the control class with an average value of 49,15% in the low category.AbstrakPenelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa didalam kelas dan kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang telah diajarkan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan pemahaman belajar siswa menggunakan strategi everyone is a teacher here di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Rengat Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes (evaluasi). Analisis datanya menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes (evaluasi). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, dengan pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Dengan jumlah siswa kelas eksperimen 34 siswa dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 33 siswa. Hasil analisa data dinyatakan hasil signifikan dan hipotesisnya diterima. yang berarti aktivitas mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata 90,06 % dengan kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan pemahaman belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan pada kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata-rata 61,69 % dengan kategori sedang dan pada kelas kontrol dengan nilai rata-rata 49,15% dengan kategori rendah. ]]>
