Abstract

Every company strives to increase business, improve performance, and maintain profits. Therefore, to measure the success of the company, operational functions and employee productivity must be considered. Paying attention to each employee's workload is one component that increases employee productivity. PT. GUDI GOODANG.COM Is a company engaged in the logistics sector that focuses on goods storage services or warehouse service providers. Employees have an average overtime hour exceeding the limit stipulated in Article 26 Paragraph 1 PP. 35/2021. This is due to the large number of orders that must be completed and unfinished work during normal working hours. As a result, employees who work outside must work overtime to complete the scope of outside operational activities, where high overtime hours can trigger an increase in workload, where workload greatly influences the quality of employee performance. The subjective measurement method is the easiest and most accurate for estimating mental workload. The Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) approach reveals three variations of the mental workload: time load, effort load, and psychological stress. From the results of the prototyping process it shows that the workload that gives the highest contribution is the time workload which is 71.76%, the Effort workload is 21.99% and the Stress workload is 6.25%. Company PT. GUDI GOODANG. It is necessary to always assess or calculate the workload of employees in order to know the condition of the employee's workload on an ongoing basis so that they can carry out optimal Human Resource management with an average workload that employees have.

Abstract

Pengelolaan operasional yang efisien merupakan hal krusial dalam industri logistik, khususnya dalam pengiriman paket antar kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemilihan vendor transportasi dalam melakukan pengiriman paket dari kantor cabang SAP Express Bandung ke kantor pusat SAP Express Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART), sebuah pendekatan yang memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan berbasis atribut dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria. Studi ini melibatkan identifikasi dan penilaian atribut-atribut yang kritis dalam pemilihan vendor transportasi, seperti biaya pengiriman, waktu pengiriman, keandalan, dan layanan. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Cabang, Staf Operasional, Manajer Operasional dan Leader. Data dikumpulkan melalui Kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan persepsi dan preferensi mereka terhadap berbagai vendor transportasi yang mungkin dipilih. Hasil analisis menggunakan SMART menunjukkan bobot relatif dari setiap atribut dan peringkat vendor transportasi berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini dapat membantu SAP Express untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih terinformasi dalam memilih vendor transportasi yang optimal. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini juga memberikan panduan praktis bagi perusahaan logistik dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional mereka melalui pemilihan vendor transportasi yang tepat.

Abstract

PT Pindad is a company engaged in the business of manufacturing industry, services and trade of defense, security and industrial products. PT Pindad has several departments, one of which is the Tempa and Cor (TC) department. Tempa and Cor Department (TC) has a warehouse that stores material inventory, one of which is the raw material for Baja Scrao ST 37 EX Automotif which has an overstock problem. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal amount of inventory and the optimum total cost of inventory on Baja Scrap ST 37 EX Automotif raw materials. This research uses the continuous review method (s, Q). Based on the analysis that has been done, the optimal amount of Baja Scrap ST 37 EX Automotif inventory is obtained with an optimum order quantity (q0) of 66,628.58 kg, reorder point (r) when inventory is 163,911.64 kg, expected inventory shortage in each period (N) of 163.31 kg, and safety stock (SS) of 37,661.65 kg. There is a cost savings of 40.28% of the costs previously incurred by the company. The difference in the two cost calculations between company policy and the continuous review (s, Q) method is IDR 3,929.030.687,25.
