Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of providing guided imagery therapy interventions to reduce anxiety in individuals. The research used the meta-analysis method according to the PRISMA-P 2020 procedure. Seven experimental studies were examined in this study using guided imagery therapy as an intervention that had a large effect size in reducing anxiety. The results of this study indicate that guided imagery therapy is effective in reducing anxiety in individuals with a medium to large effect size.
