Abstract

The development of e-commerce is an economic disruption that occurs in the digital era. The e-commerce system provides benefits to society in being able to reach a wider market, providing efficiency and flexibility, and being able to provide transaction pattern information that can be accessed at any time. The Indonesian Central Statistics Agency noted that there has been an increase in the use of e-commerce in business activities in Indonesia (25.25% in 2020 and increased to 32.23% in 2021). Seeing these facts, ideally the development of e-commerce could be studied based on its determinants, but current research has not yet studied this comprehensively. Therefore, this research aims to (1) comprehensively cluster the determinants of e-commerce development in Indonesia using bibliometric studies, and (2) identify the density of determinants of e-commerce development in Indonesia comprehensively using bibliometric studies. The method used is quantitative-based bibliometrics. The research used publish or perish, and VOSviewer. The results show that there are four dominant keyword clusters that often appear, with the most dominant keyword being e-commerce, while based on density analysis, there are 28 topics that are often studied in studies of the determinants of e-commerce development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Startups are companies that have had a major influence on the Indonesian economy especially in the past COVID-19 when with the presence of startups the circulation of money in the country is still awake. However, in its growth, the start-up company is currently experiencing constraints that have to dismiss many of its employees. Given how important startups are for the Indonesian economy, it is important to look for any determinants that could potentially influence the growth of startups in Indonesia. The researchers used quantitative methods using bibliometric analysis. The data used in the study were journals collected using Harzing’s Publish or Perish which were then curated by the researchers and analyzed using the VOSviewer application. The researchers found that out of the 29 journals obtained, only 20 corresponded to the study. The journal used was from 2018-2023 to keep the information on the study up to date. Based on the results of the analysis, the researchers found that the most powerful determinants to influence the growth of startup business in Indonesia are employee, Indonesia, startup growth, technology and the economy

Abstract

This research uses bibliometric analysis to investigate research developments related to startup financing models in Indonesia from 2016 to 2023. Bibliographic data was obtained through Semantic Scholar with the key term "Startup Financing Models in Indonesia." Quantitative analysis and VosViewer software are used to identify publication patterns, research growth, and contributions of leading authors, journals, and institutions. The results show variations in researcher interest from year to year, with a significant increase in 2020 but a sharp decrease in 2022-2023. Co-citation and co-authorship analysis helps identify relationships between researchers, articles, and concepts that are frequently mentioned together. Knowledge mapping via VosViewer produces four main clusters: startups, MSMEs, financing, and data; quantitative approach and secondary data; returns, assets, and ROA; as well as funds and financing that perform well. The overlay and density visualization of research themes shows changes in terms over time and identifies themes that have not been widely explored.

The method used is bibliometric analysis with clustering and density models. The data needed comes from scientific literature which is available from crossref. The tools used for analysis consist of perish or publish and VOSviewer. Based on bibliometric analysis with a network visualization model, there are five keyword clusters that frequently appear, the first cluster is shown in red, which contains 10 keywords. The second cluster, shown in green, contains 10 keywords. The third cluster shown in blue contains 6 keywords. The fourth cluster shown in yellow contains 5 keywords. The fifth cluster shown in purple contains 2 keywords. Abstract

This research presents a bibliometric analysis of startup risk in Indonesia based on scientific publications from 2015 to 2023. Data was obtained from Google Scholar with the keyword "Startup Risk in Indonesia" in English or Indonesian language publications. Analysis using the VOSviewer tool involves keyword, co-word and citation frequency analysis techniques to identify trends in startup risks. The research results include 95 scientific articles that highlight the risks of startups in Indonesia. Citation analysis shows the high influence of these articles with a total of 95 citations in 100 selected journals. The article with the highest citations is "The role of fintech in increasing financial inclusion for MSMEs in Indonesia (sharia financial approach)" (2018) with 348 citations. Visualization using VOSviewer produces a network map with six clusters, highlighting research focuses such as the development of startups, SMEs and industry. Keyword overlay analysis shows a change in trends from sectors and SMEs in 2018 to a focus on startup keywords in 2022. The density visualization highlights themes that require more exploration, including "startup companies," "startups in Indonesia," and " fintech." These results provide in-depth insight into the trends and focus of startup risk research in Indonesia, providing an important contribution in the growth and development of startups as well as academic literature related to startup risks in this country

Abstract

This research examines the impact of fiscal decentralization on economic growth in Indonesia. The research sample comprises a collection of literature pertaining to the subjects of fiscal decentralization and economic growth in Indonesia, sourced from diverse information outlets. The variables under analysis encompass fiscal decentralization and its impact on economic growth. The methodology employed for data analysis involved the utilization of a qualitative literature review approach. The research findings suggest that fiscal decentralization yields favourable outcomes, including the stimulation of investment, productivity, and regional competitiveness. Additionally, it empowers regions, catalyzes regional economic growth, fosters innovation and competition, and mitigates development disparities among regions. Nevertheless, it is important to acknowledge the adverse consequences that may arise from this approach, including the possibility of exacerbating regional inequalities and the susceptibility to corruption in the administration of local funds. The scholarly literature presents varying perspectives on the influence of fiscal decentralization on economic growth. Consequently, scholars have proposed several strategies to optimize the potential benefits of fiscal decentralization, including enhancing regional fiscal capacity, improving the efficiency of intergovernmental transfers, and implementing rigorous oversight mechanisms to ensure effective local financial management

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial in Indonesia. They contribute significantly to employment absorption and can be initiated with minimal capital. However, this does not imply that MSMEs are without potential challenges. They often face difficulties in capturing markets and implementing professional management practices. This is why technological assistance is needed within this sector. One anticipated technical aid is the application of Machine Learning as a marketing tool. This aligns with the characteristics of Machine Learning, which has long been instrumental in various businesses. This research employs the systematic literature review method to explore how Machine Learning can help MSMEs. Findings based on the SLR demonstrate that Machine Learning not only aids in marketing but also enhances operational efficiency.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy, but often face challenges in managing human resources. In this context, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) emerge as a potential solution to overcome this problem by automating various administrative and HR management tasks. This research aims to summarize literature studies related to the need and urgency of using HRIS in MSMEs in Indonesia. This research uses a literature study approach to analyze journals, books and research reports that are relevant in the context of HRIS and MSMEs in Indonesia. The results of the literature study show that MSMEs in Indonesia have various needs that can be met through the use of HRIS, including operational efficiency, better employee management, regulatory compliance, and enhanced competitiveness. The urgency of HRIS is reflected in increasing productivity, reducing administrative burdens, and improving the quality of HR management. This literature study confirms the importance of HRIS in supporting MSMEs in Indonesia in managing human resources more efficiently. The use of HRIS not only meets the current needs of MSMEs but also prepares them to compete in an increasingly complex and digital business environment. Therefore, implementing HRIS is a strategic step that needs to be considered by MSMEs in Indonesia to achieve sustainable growth
