Abstract

Gunung Padang tourist destination, Padang City is one of the top tours in Padang City, West Sumatra. This research aims to find out the influence of tourist satisfaction. This method uses descriptive quantitative with an approach using primary data consisting of interviews with destination managers. Field mounts and peer questionnaires of 100 respondents, model feasibility tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. This research shows that the variables of the skinas of the service have a significant positive effect on the variables of tourist attractions, while tourist attractions have a significant positive effect on the variables of tourist attractions.

Abstract

The Marandang Traditional Culinary Festival is one of the festivals created by the The Marandang Traditional Culinary Festival is a festival created by the Padang City Tourism Office to motivate visitors outside the city with the aim of introducing the hereditary culture of cooking rendang. This study aims to determine the analysis of the Attractiveness and Facilities of the Marandang Traditional Culinary Festival on the Motivation of Visitors. In taking this sample for this study using purposive sampling. Data taken in this study through primary data by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents. The analytical technique used is the tests contained in SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Attractiveness, Facilities, as well Attractions and Facilities together produce data that affect the motivation of visitors in the city of Padang.

Abstract

In early 2020, the world was shocked by the case of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak which is increasingly widespread, but this has an impact on tourism activities. In Indonesia, one of the tourism sectors that feel the impact is the business of a travel agency or travel agent. In order to stay afloat in this pamdemi, of course, travel agents need a marketing strategy to sell their products. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are used by travel agency businesses or travel agents to stay afloat in the Covid-19 pandemic with a case study of PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel. The method used is qualitative-descriptive using data triangulation consisting of, interviews to the Company, Customes, and Stakeholders (Tenants) at PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel. The results of this study are known to PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel affected by Covid-19, PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel conducts a Market Diverensification Marketing Depreciation Strategy, which sells products that are different from the previous products (providing SWAB Antigen / PCR Test services, renting out some office space, and opening cooperatives). The strategy was successfully carried out to meet the needs of the office and stabilize the company's revenue.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic made the increase of online-based culinary businesses and caused the desire and need for food and beverage ordering also increased. This research activity will discuss customer purchase decisions at Grabfood merchants in Jabodetabek with quantitative methods using testing techniques validity, reliability, classical assumptions, model feasibility, and Analysis Regression Linear Multiple and in the collection of research samples conducted applying accidental sampling with survey methods through Questionnaires distributed as many as 40 samples as research instruments to find out respondents' opinions on the impact of promotion mix with variables Ads, Promotions, and Publicity. The results of the study in the form of data on the impact of Advertising, Promotion, Publicity that affect significantly and positively on customer purchase decisions, this is supported by 81.4% of respondents who choose the Grabfood application as a means or medium to buy food and the intensity of increased promotions made by merchants or parties.  Grabfood applicator itself. Based on the results of significant research it was found that Promotion Mix with subvariable Advertising, Promotion, and Publicity had a significant and positive effect on customer purchase decisions at Grabfood Merchant in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

The tourism industry sector is an important contributor to the economy and one of the factories, especially those that create foreign currency that is very necessary in the national economy.  The objectives of the study are: (1) Identifying Potential Tourism Objects, (2) Mapping the Spread of Potential Tourist Objects, (3) Identifying existing tourist objects and destinations. Information analysis was tried qualitatively- interpretively looking at the progress of tourism and the incidence of the tourism situation in this endemic era of Covid-19 in various tourism regions in Indonesia. The results of the analysis of library or literature prove that the ruler has shared special wisdom in the tourism zone upgrade chart, and various tourism destination areas have also practiced strategies and programs that are able to adjust to the situation that is said to be a new normal period, and there is a change in tourist attitudes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi recovery Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Majalengka pada era new normal. Strategi merupakan rencana yang disertai upaya-upaya untuk dilakukan sehingga mencapai suatu tujuan. Era new normal merupakan masa transisi atau juga biasa disebut dengan Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB) yang disebabkan oleh Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019). Penyebaran Covid-19 telah membuat Indonesia mengalami keterpurukan, khususnya sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertempat di Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Majalengka yang secara wewenang mengurusi pariwisata diwilayah Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dampak yang dirasakan pada sektor pariwisata yaitu terjadinya penurunan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan karena masyarakat dihimbau berdiam diri dirumah oleh pemerintah untuk mengurangi mobilitas. Pandemi Covid-19 telah banyak merubah kebiasaan dalam beraktivitas yaitu wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan dan menghindari kerumunan. Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Majalengka telah banyak mengupayakan untuk mendatangkan wisatawan agar masyarakat yang mengandalkan penghidupan dari pariwisata bisa terus bertahan, yang salah satu upayanya yaitu bekerjasama dengan banyak stakeholder untuk menekan kasus Covid-19, menyalurkan dana pariwisata untuk kepentingan pariwisata dan menyelenggarakan event dengan tujuan untuk mendatangkan minat wisatawan kembali dll. Diharapkan dengan strategi yang dilakukan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Majalengka dapat mencapai target sesuai dengan tujuan. Saran pada penelitian ini diharapkan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Majalengka melengkapi kekurangan yang ada dari evaluasi yang dilakukan sehingga strategi yang diterapkan dapat sepenuhnya terlaksana. Selain itu, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Majalengka dapat lebih berkoordinasi dengan dinas pariwisata kota lain untuk lebih mengetahui inovasi- inovasi yang dilakukan serta dinas dapat membuka kontak layanan keluhan, kritik dan saran secara online melalui website

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has made hotels a place that is very vulnerable to virus transmission. Policies from the Government are needed to regulate and supervise health protocols in the hotel industry so that the transmission of Covid-19 can be prevented. This study the object of the study was the hotel industry located in the Matraman District, East Jakarta Administrative City. The Tribe of the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of the East Jakarta Administrative City has a role and responsibility in this supervisory activity. The hotel to be studied is 2 (two) samples and involves several tourists visiting these hotels. The method used is descriptive by triangulation of data interviewing 3 (three) parties to ensure the correctness of the data obtained. Researchers want to know the  role of  supervision of  health  protocols carried out by  the  tourism and  creative economy offices of the East Jakarta  administrative city on the hotel industry during the  covid-19 pandemic in the Matraman subdistrict of the city of administrative east Jakarta
