Abstract

Face recognition is an identification system that uses the characteristics of a person's face for processing. There is a feature in the face image so that it can be distinguished between one face and another face. One way to recognize face images is to analyze the texture of the face image. Texture analysis generally requires a feature extraction process. In different images, the characteristics will also differ. This characteristic will be the basis for the recognition of facial images. However, existing face recognition methods experience efficiency problems and rely heavily on the extraction of the right features. This study aims to study the texture characteristics of the extraction results using the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method which is applied to deal with the introduction of Probabilistic Linear Discriminant Analysis (PLDA). The data used in this study are human face images from the AR Faces database, consisting of 136 objects (76 men and 60 women), each of which has 7 types of images Based on the results of testing shows the LBP method can produce the highest accuracy with a value of 95.53% in the introduction of PLDA.

Abstract

The Surakarta Al-Islam Vocational School is a private educational institution that requires all students to pay school tuition fees. Education is an obligation for all Indonesian citizens. The cost of education is one of the most important input components in implementing education. Because cost is the main requirement in achieving educational goals. SPP School is a routine school fee that is carried out every month. Based on last year's School Admin report, many students were late in paying school tuition fees, around 60%. This is a very big problem because the income of school funds comes from school tuition. The purpose of this research is that the researcher will build a prediction system using the best classification method, which is to compare the accuracy level of the Naïve Bayes method with the K-K-Nearest Neighbor method. Because both methods can make class classifications right or late, in paying school fees. processing using dapodic data for 2017/2018 as many as 236 data. In improving accuracy, the researcher also applies feature selection with Information Gain, which is useful for selecting optimal parameters. System testing is carried out using the Confusion Matrix method. The final results of this study indicate that the Naïve Bayes Method + Information Gain Method produces the highest accuracy, namely 95% compared to the Naïve Bayes method alone, namely 85% and the K-NN method, namely 81%.

Abstract

Abstract— Information on public services is an important part of increasing community satisfaction with government policies. Complaints and Complaints of the community become mediators to improve public services according to community needs.Twitter is one of the most widely used social media in the community to post activities, experiences, and complaints about public services through the internet easily and realtime.The amount of information on Twitter is mixed between satisfaction and extensibility of public services, making it difficult for the government to make decisions in public policy. The role of Big Data can be a solution to classifying data to predict satisfaction or extensibility of public services with parameters: markets, transportation and hospitals.Data sources taken from Twitter are 700 data texts. The twitter classification of public service complaints is built using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm Method, because the algorithm can classify based on probability values. Text processing is done by filtering text and selecting text to be ordered.The results of this study indicate that the Naïve Bayes Method is able to properly classify public service complaints based on 3 parameters, transportation, markets and hospitals. System testing using 700 data obtained the best results accuracy value: 86%, and precision: 72%, recall 81% and f-measure: 83%.

Abstract

Distribution Management  system  (DMS)  is  an  application  that  manages almost  the  entire  processing  of  sales  orders, purchases, inventory management and financial accounting. The DMS application is only intended for specific types of distribution businesses than other types of businesses, which are at least able to provide a much higher level of functionality, specifically for the needs  of  distribution  companies.  This  research was  conducted  at  PT.  Succeed  which  is  a  food  distribution  company.  The  daily transaction processing  system at  this  company uses DMS Nexsoft Distribution 6  (ND6). NexSoft Distribution 6  (ND6)  is  the main operating  system  for  any  trading  business  in carrying  out  daily  activities. NexSoft  distribution  is  produced  by PT. Paramadaksa Teknologi Nusantara which is a company engaged in Information Technology (IT), which is headquartered in the Tangerang area.

Abstract

Attendance is an important factor in maintaining the quality of an employee's performance in a company. With technological advances such as nowadays, the ease of attendance can also be carried out easily, the use of the old attendance system is also considered less effective in today's era, employees need efficiency in the absent process, as implemented by Indosurya Finance's Solo Baru branch which has left the old system attendance , where the previous abscess system used the signature system, the block card system, and the fingerprint system. In this old system, the majority of employees worked not only in the office having difficulty meeting clients outside the office at any time, because they had to come to the office if they wanted to be absent. Therefore the company replaced it with a new system, namely using an application called Great Day HR. With a modern employee attendance system like this, it can help companies make arrangements for existing human resources and the purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of an attendance system using Great Day HR for the future. The method in this research is through observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The system design is made with context diagrams, HIPO, DAD, input output design, hardware requirements analysis, software requirements analysis. By using this online attendance system employees can perform attendance efficiently and effectively according to the needs of each employee. The final result of this online attendance system is an attendance recap data from each user owned by Indosurya Finance employees.

Abstract

Abstract— Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam whose implementation is required for all Muslims whose wealth meets the Nisab. Nisab is a standard of property that must be Zakati. Because Zakat is the property of the people, the management must be properly channeled. Surakarta city is one of the major cities in Indonesia, there are several institutions of amil Zakat in the city of solo. However, there is no data on the distribution of Zakat in the integrated solo city, so that there are still many recipients of Zakat who receive alms from several amil Zakat. In this study, mapping of Zakat, Infaqand shadaqoh mapping was carried out with a Geographical Information System (GIS). This study aims to produce a deeper analysis of the socioeconomic life in the city of Surakarta as a basis for mapping the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, andShodaqoh. The method used to collect data with rapid appraisal. Where rapid appraisal is a method used to collect data based on socio-economic conditions in the environment, so as to produce a picture of mapping the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, andShodaqoh which is used as a reference for amil Zakat institutions in the Surakarta region to spread.

Abstract

Perkembangan layanan teknologi informasi di era globalisasi saat ini telah berkembang cukup pesat. Mulai dari layanan pedesaan sampai perkotaan saat ini telah menerapkan banyak fasilitas dari teknolog informasi. Kelurahan Dawung memiliki tugas dan fungsi untuk melaksanakan kewenangan pemerintahan, keamanan dan ketertiban yang bertugas untuk membuat surat pernyataan penguasaan tanah, surat keterangan tanah, ahli waris, surat keterangan kematian, keterangan pindah dan pada pelayanan pengaduan. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya tersebut, kantor kelurahan panarung belum mempunyai sistem informasi yang dapat menunjang kegiatan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. karena semua sistem masih dilakukan secara manual Untuk itu perlukan adanya suatu Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kelurahaan yang dapat mengarsib dan menjaga data agar tidak mudah hilang. Tujuan dari Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu pihak kepala desa dalam perancangan suatu sistem informasi layanan informasi kelurahan dawung berbasis web. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah suatu aplikasi sistem informasi layanan kelurahan berbasis web.

Abstract

Al Ihsan Store adalah usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang bergerak dibidang penjualan berbagai jenis kain. Sejak merebaknya kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia, berdampak pada penjualan dan omset di Al Ihsan Store. Selama ini manajemen Al Ihsan Store melakukan penjujalan dengan menawarkan dagangannya dengan cara door to door ke toko kain dan konveksi, dan sebagian melalui media social untuk komikasi dengan pelanggan. Di era pandemi ini omset penjualan mengalami penurunan sehingga dibutuhkan media pemasaran yang dapat membantu menawarkan produk tanpa harus bertemu langsung dan dapat diakses luas. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pendampingan pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis website. Harapannya dengan adanya pemasaran berbasis website dapat meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran dan meningkatkan omset dimasa pandemic Covid-19.Website ini berisi katalog barang dagangan dan informasi pemesanan kain di Al Ihsan Store. Abstract

Al Ihsan Store adalah salah satu Usaha Mikro dan Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang juga turut terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Adanya penurunan omset penjualan di Al Ihsan Store membuat pemilik toko online tersebut harus membuat inovasi pengelolaan toko, salah satunya dengan membuat website online shop dengan pendampingan oleh tim pengabdian. Program pengabdian ini merupakan rangkaian pengabdian pendampingan pemanfaatan website untuk membantu pemasaran UMKM terdampak Covid-19 pada Al Ihsan Store. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan terhadap karyawan Al Ihsan Store, agar dapat mengelola website yang telah dibuat dengan baik. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah keterampilan dari karyawan Al Ihsan Store dalam mengelola website online shop dengan prestashop menunjukkan nilai 80,9%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa karyawan Al Ihsan Store telah menguasai dengan baik dalam pengaksesan, perawatan, dan pemasaran website online shop tersebut.

Abstract

Pentingnya informasi akuntansi keuangan sekolah mengharuskan dunia pendidikan memiliki prosedur akuntansi yang baik sebagai media pengambilan keputusan oleh kepala sekolah. Pada proses pencatatan akuntansi keuangan khususnya pada bagian penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas, proses pencatatan masih menggunakan aplikasi Spreadsheet untuk merekap atau melaporkan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, penerimaan kas meliputi dana komite sekolah, dana daftar ulang dan dana kegiatan evaluasi, pada pengeluaran kas digunakan untuk mencatat penggunaan bagi kebutuhan sekolah seperti pengembangan standar kompetensi lulusan, belanja barang dan jasa, pengembangan standar isi atau KTSP, pengembangan standar proses, pengembangan standar pendidikan, pengembangan standar sarana dan prasarana, dan pengembangan standar pembiayaan serta standar nilai.Proses integrasi data keuangan yang dilakukan sebagai alat untuk pengendalian internal dan pembagian fungsi masih belum diterapkan atau belum adanya integrasi data keuangan antar bagian, sehingga perlu adanya sistem yang dapat mempermudah integrasi data keuangan antar bagian untuk penanganan pelaporan penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas secara tersistem dengan menggunakan teknologi client Server.Penelitian  ini  menghasilkan  suatu  aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data keuangan sekolah, berdasarkan hasil implementai yang dilakukan dengan penerapan black box testing dengan diuji berdasarkan functionality menghasilkan 95,83% dengan hasil tersebut pengguna menyatakan kesesuaian fungsi pada sistem dan usability maka berdasarkan kuisioner yang dilakukan di dapat hasil yaitu sebesar 94,79 %, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa layak untuk diterapkan untuk membantu memonitoring siswa.
