Abstract

Abstract—This admissions study evaluates users and the use of models for the Vocational School information system at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta with the UTAUT model by Venkatesh (2003) which has been modified by adding the System Service and Information Quality variables. The respondents are 100 students. From the results of the F and T tests, it is concluded that the variables Performance Expectance, Effort Expectance, Social Influence, System Service and Information Quality have an influence on Behavioral Intention, but only Social Influence and System Service variables have a significant partial effect on Behavioral Intention. In addition, another result is the variable Facilitating Condition and Behaviural Intention simultaneously affect Behavioral Usage. Validity, reliability and assumptions of classical test data show value as a measure of this analysis.

Abstract

Face recognition is an identification system that uses the characteristics of a person's face for processing. There is a feature in the face image so that it can be distinguished between one face and another face. One way to recognize face images is to analyze the texture of the face image. Texture analysis generally requires a feature extraction process. In different images, the characteristics will also differ. This characteristic will be the basis for the recognition of facial images. However, existing face recognition methods experience efficiency problems and rely heavily on the extraction of the right features. This study aims to study the texture characteristics of the extraction results using the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method which is applied to deal with the introduction of Probabilistic Linear Discriminant Analysis (PLDA). The data used in this study are human face images from the AR Faces database, consisting of 136 objects (76 men and 60 women), each of which has 7 types of images Based on the results of testing shows the LBP method can produce the highest accuracy with a value of 95.53% in the introduction of PLDA.

Abstract

Abstract— At this time the spread of the Corona Covid-19 Virus was sweeping the world, Indonesia was also affected, especially in the world of education where the teaching and learning process was usually carried out face-to-face in the classroom. So as a result of this pendemi the teaching and learning process must be done online. The role of information systems technology is very meaningful in lecture learning. This study aims to analyze a model of campus learning conditions and the role of information system technology in college learning amid the COVID-19 corona virus pandemic at STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta. The research method is to make observations and literature studies to obtain data and information used in research. The results of this study indicate the use of information technology has a very important role in the implementation of online distance learning in the midst of the corona covid 19 virus pandemic, among online online media such as: google classroom, whatsapp, zoom. Of the online learning media, it is proven that Google Classroom: 55.9% is widely used as media for sharing materials and assignments, while video conferences lectures are the most users of Google Meet as much as: 70.6%. The results of the analysi s of the online learning value are: 44.1%. Based on this data, it shows that the role of information system technology plays an important role and helps in the teaching and learning process amid the Covid-19 corona virus pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract—Corona Virus is currently spreading very rapidly in many parts of Indonesia, including Central Java Province. According to the current data of corona database in Central Java, today on 17th of August 2021, the number of confirmed cases is; Confirmed in Treatment (Active Cases): 16.344, Confirmed Recovered: 408.697, and Confirmed Dead: 29.148. Therefore, the total number of cases is 454.189, obtained from the sum of the number of being treated, recovered, and dead. Corona Virus is a collection of viruses that can infect the respiratory system, generally mild, such as common cold, although, some forms of diseases like; SARS, MERS, and COVID-19 are more deadly. In anticipating this case, the government has created some policies which include; limiting activities outside the house, having school activities done from home, working from home, and even having religious activities done from home too. The purpose of this study was to predict the possible rate of new cases in one of Central Java areas with confirmed cases of corona virus. Thus, it can be used as information material for the public to anticipate early. The research method applied in this research is problem analysis and literature study, data collection and implementation. The application of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method is expected to be able to predict the level of spread of COVID-19 in Central Java. The results of the research on testing the prediction system for the new cases level were tested in the Sragen area. Testing is carried out by taking samples for new cases, namely Kudu Regency/City, Confirmed: 17,599, Treated: 89, Recovered: 18,303, Died: 1,721, Suspected: 87 and Discarded Suspected: 1,711. After doing the prediction with K-NN algorithm, it showed the Condition: High.

Abstract

The Surakarta Al-Islam Vocational School is a private educational institution that requires all students to pay school tuition fees. Education is an obligation for all Indonesian citizens. The cost of education is one of the most important input components in implementing education. Because cost is the main requirement in achieving educational goals. SPP School is a routine school fee that is carried out every month. Based on last year's School Admin report, many students were late in paying school tuition fees, around 60%. This is a very big problem because the income of school funds comes from school tuition. The purpose of this research is that the researcher will build a prediction system using the best classification method, which is to compare the accuracy level of the Naïve Bayes method with the K-K-Nearest Neighbor method. Because both methods can make class classifications right or late, in paying school fees. processing using dapodic data for 2017/2018 as many as 236 data. In improving accuracy, the researcher also applies feature selection with Information Gain, which is useful for selecting optimal parameters. System testing is carried out using the Confusion Matrix method. The final results of this study indicate that the Naïve Bayes Method + Information Gain Method produces the highest accuracy, namely 95% compared to the Naïve Bayes method alone, namely 85% and the K-NN method, namely 81%.

Abstract

Orange Carwash is a car wash service business that has been running in 2018, Orange Car. The wash address that I studied is located at Jalan Adi Sucipto no.110 Blulukan Colomadu In running a car wash service business, Orange Carwash tries to provide services to customers, regarding inputting types of washing products, member entry, express washing promos, and payment transaction methods. The system used is still classified as manual. For the purpose of this research, it really helps companies in terms of promoting and introducing products to car wash consumers with a computerized system using the cloud-based Moka Pos application. The method in this research is through observation, interviews, documentation, and heritage studies (looking for references from books or journals). The system design is made with context diagrams, HIPO, DAD, input output design, hardware requirements analysis, software requirements analysis. By using online input, the cashier will find it easier to group the washing type product data, as well as compile accurate and efficient reports. The final result of designing an online car wash service information system, using the Moka Pos application, in the form of sales report recap data and the number of types of washing products, classification of types of washing products, and the washer name of each cashier, which will be designed by the car wash. Abstract

Consulting Engineering Services is a company engaged in building construction consulting services. In this company in processing employee salaries still use manual calculations and use the Ms. Excel program. This can lead to errors in calculating employee salaries and the process of printing employee salary slips which takes a long time. In solving this problem, the authors designed an employee payroll information system. In this design, the authors use the PHP programming language. The method in this research is the Waterfal Method. The method in this research is through observation, interview, documentation and literature study. The system design is made using Contex Diagram, HIPO, Input Output Design, relationships between tables and database design. The system is made in a program with the PHP programming language with a database format using MySQL. The result of this design is to produce an application program that will be used to process web-based employee salaries in CV. Consulting Engineering Services and it is hoped that companies will find it easier to input data and compile payroll reports to be faster and more efficient

Abstract

Technology applications have now been implemented in various fields, one of which is the application of goods delivery. This study aims to make it easier for couriers to classify packages based on the most optimal and most efficient addresses. The author interviewed a courier who works at J&T Express. The author concludes that the courier is still very difficult in determining which order of packages should be delivered first, because many couriers still do not know their own territory, let alone the areas of other colleagues that have to be backed up when one of their colleagues does not work. In this study the authors compile an application that can provide solutions to assist and facilitate couriers in grouping packages by address, by utilizing several application technologies that will be used in the development of this application. In addition to sorting packages based on address, this application can display the routes of addresses to be delivered so that couriers can be more familiar with the location to be directed so that it is easier to deliver goods. The results in this study indicate that in trials with couriers it gets a very good response, but in this application there are still some shortcomings. Thus, the development of this application is very suitable for use by couriers.

Abstract

Abstract— Information on public services is an important part of increasing community satisfaction with government policies. Complaints and Complaints of the community become mediators to improve public services according to community needs.Twitter is one of the most widely used social media in the community to post activities, experiences, and complaints about public services through the internet easily and realtime.The amount of information on Twitter is mixed between satisfaction and extensibility of public services, making it difficult for the government to make decisions in public policy. The role of Big Data can be a solution to classifying data to predict satisfaction or extensibility of public services with parameters: markets, transportation and hospitals.Data sources taken from Twitter are 700 data texts. The twitter classification of public service complaints is built using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm Method, because the algorithm can classify based on probability values. Text processing is done by filtering text and selecting text to be ordered.The results of this study indicate that the Naïve Bayes Method is able to properly classify public service complaints based on 3 parameters, transportation, markets and hospitals. System testing using 700 data obtained the best results accuracy value: 86%, and precision: 72%, recall 81% and f-measure: 83%.

Abstract

Abstract—Management Information System is an organized series of a number of parts/components that jointly function or move to produce information that is used in company management. Therefore the company needs an adequate system to produce valid information. As with UD Asri, the company is engaged in trading, whose company's activity is to sell various types of basic ingredients so that the company is overwhelmed in dealing with customer demands. With these problems, the company needs a system that can overcome the problems. Before there was a new system the company used a manual system which was very laborious, therefore the company needed a new system that would solve the problem. Finally, the company uses a cashier application system. So in this final project, we will discuss how the system in the cashier application works so that the company's activities can run. A cashier application is an application used in an office or business location where goods/services are sold to customers. With this application, all sales transactions can be stored properly.The research was conducted at UD Asri. The data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews and literature study. In making this report, of course, it cannot be separated from data analysis starting from planning to system testing. The model used in this application is the PIECES model (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). The cashier application uses Visual basic programming language and the database used is Microsoft SQL server 2000. In this final project also provides information related to the company that is the object of research. This study shows the results of (1) knowing what is in the system so that the system can run, (2) knowing the process the system works, (3) the benefits obtained by the company from the application.
