Abstract

This scientific article will review in depth about The existence of the principle of maqashidusya'riah, namely hifdzul mal (safeguarding property) in conventional non-maisir investment practices, Maqashidusya'riah as the main foundation of syariah principles in various muamalah activities of Muslims today has been packaged in such a way, Thus creating a stigma in people's understanding that a service product that does not dissolve itself as a syariah based product is understood as incompatible with Islamic principles. The principle of maqashidusya'riah may not only exist in products that have syariah license but also exist in conventional products that have developed to date Based on a review of several studies and relevant articles, the results were found that: If a conventional investment service product in terms of services has prioritized transparency over the progress of related shares as well as possible without any element of manipulation or gharar (fraud), Also, investment activities in the world of capital markets are carried out properly according to the limits in Islam so that it is in accordance with the principles of hifdz al-mal in maqashidussyari'ah.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) learning can introduce the concept of floating and sinking to young children. The method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative research methodology and the participants are teachers, school principals and students. The research results show that the STEAM approach can improve children's scientific skills, such as observation, critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Children become more enthusiastic and interested in learning science, and are able to connect theory with practice through direct experiments. This learning not only increases scientific literacy but also provides a fun and meaningful learning experience for children. Overall, the STEAM learning approach with the introduction of floating and sinking concepts has proven to be effective in increasing understanding of basic science, overcoming the problem of lack of real experience in learning, and fostering curiosity and creativity in young children.

Abstract

The development of science learning from an early age plays an important role in supporting early childhood development. Information about scientific ideas is presented in a way that is appropriate for young children, through the use of hands-on games. Children actually play as part of their daily activities, making it fun. Play helps children grow, which in turn helps them learn new things and find solutions to difficulties in their environment. It is clear that science is included in every play activity and every game is created with children in mind and not just focused on LKS (Student Worksheets) especially at TK Dharma Wanita Macanan 2 Jogorogo The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research methodology which takes data from teachers, school principals, students using interviews, observation and documentation. Through Science Learning using an Environmental Exploration approach through "Rainbow Lava" children can develop critical thinking skills and high curiosity, while learning about chemical reactions practically. This activity shows the important role of teachers in providing a safe and stimulating environment, as well as inviting children to actively participate in the learning process

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan zaman yang pesat ini, banyak kaum perempuan mengalami kesenjangan dalam pengambilan keputusan baik dari ranah publik maupun dalam suatu organisasi. Selain itu kaum perempuan sering dianggap lemah dan tidak bisa melakukan pekerjaan seperti halnya kaum pria. Ketidakadilan inilah yang membuat tokoh-tokoh perempuan berjuang mati-matian untuk memperjuangkan kesetaraan harkat perempuan dengan laki-laki, serta kebebasan untuk memilih dan mengelola kehidupannya, terutama dalam hal pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui segala sesuatu mengenai kepemimpinan emansipasi wanita baik dalam perspektif islam maupun dalam bernegara. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan informasi menggunakan cara snowball sanpling (bola salju). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mengumpulkan beberapa sumber dari artikel dan buku yang membahas tentang kepemimpinan emansipasi wanita. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa wanita berhak untuk menjadi leader pada suatu kelompok atau organisasi baik dalam islam maupun bernegara. Perempuan sebagai pemimpin memiliki hak yang sama dengan laki- laki. Perempuan sudah tidak dianggap lemah akan tetapi mempunyai pondasi yang penting dalam kehidupan keluarga, organisasi, maupun di lingkungan masyarakat. Setiap pemimpin memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang khas yang ditentukan oleh kepribadian pengalaman dan kondisiinstasi yang dipimpinya
