Abstract

Modern slavery is a global issue that involves the exploitation of individuals through the use of force, deception, or coercion for the purpose of involuntary service, forced labor, or commercial sexual exploitation. This study aims to determine the pattern of research development related to modern slavery. The search results reveal that modern slavery can take many forms, including human trafficking, debt control, and forced marriage, and can occur in many different industries. However, the search results lack analysis and synthesis of information, and there is a lack of actionable information or recommendations for future research or interventions related to the topic of modern slavery. To address this global issue, it is recommended to provide specific suggestions for how to combat modern slavery and protect the rights of those most vulnerable to exploitation. The most provocative and very short title that highlights the outcome of the content and makes it appealing to global related scientists is "Modern Slavery: A Global Issue of Exploitation and Injustice".
