Abstract

Economic recovery since the Covid-19 pandemic must be carried out, the MSME sector has become the focus of researchers in research. Because MSMEs do not require large capital to start a business, it will be easier for people to start. South Jakarta is a good market share for MSMEs, apart from being densely populated, culinary consumption has great potential. Knowledge of marketing strategies makes MSMEs have to compete fiercely, brand equity and service quality are fundamental in how they make customers buy their products again, which has implications for customer loyalty. This research will be oriented towards the development of MSMEs in the South Jakarta area, in collaboration with the National Development University (UPN). TKT in this research is oriented towards the use of information technology that is developing in society, in this case the use of online must be emphasized by MSME players to increase knowledge that will support their business. Researchers will ensure that MSME players will utilize technology to increase customer loyalty in their restaurants. 105 respondents will be the sample in the research which will then be processed using statistical applications with Smart PLS with the SEM method. The results show that high service quality contributes to customer satisfaction, which in turn has a positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Pemulihan ekonomi semenjak masa Pandemi Covid-19 harus dilakukan, sector UMKM menjadi fokus peneliti dalam riset. Karena UMKM tidak memerlukan modal besar udah memulai usaha, jadi akan lebih mudah masyarakat memulainya. Jakarta selatan menjadi pangsa pasar yang baik untuk para UMKM, selain padat penduduk konsumsi akan kuliner sangat memiliki potensi yang besar. Pengetahuan tentang startegi marketing membuat UMKM harus bersaing dengan ketat, ekuitas merek dan kualitas pelayanan menjadi hal yang mendasar tentang bagaimana mereka membuat pelanggan membeli kembali produknya, yang berimplikasi kepada loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini akan berorientasi kepada perkembangan UMKM di daerah Jakarta selatan, yang berkerja sama dengan Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN). TKT dalam penelitian ini berorientasi pada pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang berkembang di masyarakat, dalam hal ini pemanfaatan daring harus ditekankan oleh pelaku UMKM untuk menambah pengatahuan yang akan menunjang bisnis mereka, peneliti akan memastikan pelaku UMKM akan memanfaatkan tekonlogi guna menambah loyalitas pelanggan, pada restoran mereka. 105 responden akan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian yang selanjutnya di olah menggunakan aplikasi statistik dengan Smart PLS dengan metode SEM.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline, leadership, and compensation in Jakarta. The research design adopts a quantitative approach. The sample selection method involves professionals working in the Jakarta area, utilizing purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents, to be analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The research topic has been aligned with RIP UMB 2021-2024, and the current study refers to several previous research findings, incorporating relevant topics and literature. The research implementation begins with the measurement of the Technology Readiness Level, which is at level 3 with the criteria of proof-of-concept, demonstrating the analytical functionality and/or essential characteristics. The significance of conducting this research is grounded in various relevant references, indicating that the performance level across all sectors, both public and private, especially in the business sector, experiences fluctuations. Therefore, the researcher proposes factors that are considered crucial for employees in terms of performance. These factors are indicated to be work discipline, leadership, and compensation.
