Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role and government of the village towards the Millennial Generation in Laut Dendang Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in this study using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. This is in accordance with the research objective to analyze the role of the village government of Laut Dendang towards the millennial generation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of the Laut Dendang Village Government towards the Millennial Generation in the village is to be able to manage public finances, mobilize community participation and the younger generation in the implementation of development, mobilize community participation and the younger generation in creating public order and security, and follow involve the younger generation in empowerment. Therefore, the village government includes the role of the millennial generation in the development of various tours in Laut Dendang Village, with the aim that the millennial generation can learn to manage and even improve tourism so that it develops more rapidly.

Abstract

In 2013 the 2013 Curriculum was implemented which changed the assessment of students both in terms of knowledge, attitudes and skills. One of the focuses of the 2013 curriculum is authentic assessment. Based on the results of observations and interviews that researchers conducted with several teachers, many teachers experienced difficulties in conducting authentic assessments in the 2013 curriculum, namely teachers felt that Authentic Assessment was too complicated because there were too many aspects to be assessed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difficulties of teachers in implementing authentic assessment in the 2013 Curriculum, describe teacher constraints and efforts made by teachers. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used are document studies, observations, and interviews. The results showed that teachers still have difficulty in implementing authentic assessments of the 2013 curriculum, in this case teachers have difficulty

Abstract

Blood donation is the process of taking blood from someone voluntarily to be stored in a blood bank to be used for blood transfusions. This research aims to provide education to the public that blood donation has many benefits in the hope that there will be awareness of voluntary blood donation. The type of research carried out was descriptive qualitative research with data collection carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are that blood donation has a good effect on body health. Apart from that, the benefit of donating blood is that it helps reduce the risk of heart attacks and other heart problems and if blood donation is done regularly every three months, the body will produce new blood cells. The conclusion of this article is that blood donation has high effectiveness for health.
