Abstract

This study examines the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) (a case study of the micro, small and medium enterprises of Rumah Ety in Bengkulu City). The formulation of this research problem is to determine the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) (a case study of the micro, small and medium enterprises of Rumah Ety in Bengkulu City). The purpose of this research is what are the impacts and how are the efforts made in the management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) (case study of micro, small and medium enterprises Rumah Ety in Bengkulu City). Researchers used qualitative descriptive research methods. By using a SWOT analysis approach. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study explain the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic felt by Rumah Ety MSMEs, namely the difficulty of selling directly or face to face with consumers, thereby reducing sales turnover from Rumah Ety. The efforts made by Rumah Ety MSMEs are to take advantage of the opportunities that exist in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, and maintain business with the strengths of Rumah Ety. It is hoped that in this study the Rumah Ety MSME can improve the quality of management performance in managing the Rumah Ety business, further optimize the implementation of SWOT analysis, further maintain the superiority of the products produced so that they are more attractive to consumer buying, follow market developments, so that they can continue to survive in business competition and Rumah Ety's Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are expected to make more use of technological advances and social media to further support product marketing.

Abstract

 Human Resources (HR) is very important for an organization. Because the success of an organization in improving its performance is dependent on the quality of operating human resources. If employees have a good performance, then they can solve all organizational burdens effectively and efficiently so that problems that occur in the organization can be resolved properly. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Informants were determined by purposive sampling technique as many as 5 informants. The data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used by the researcher went through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validation technique is done by triangulation. The triangulation used by the researcher is source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kepahiang Regency has been going well, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The services they provide are because there are no residents who complain about the slow process of printing E-KTP, Birth Certificates, and Family Cards. The printing process is carried out since the required files are declared complete, and there are no additional requirements in the administration of population administration. There is also no problem with the service queue number, there has never been a service queue number running out.

Abstract

Good Governance merupakan bagian penting dari suatu pemerintahan serta dibutuhkan pemerintah untuk mengikuti perubahan. Penerapan good governance sangat diperlukan agar terciptanya tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik yang mengutamakan kepentingan orang banyak Namun, Berdasarkan observasi awal yang peneliti lakukan, dalam pelayanan di Kantor Dukcapil Kabupaten Lahat masih belum adanya keterbukaan, Keadilan serta kurang efektif dan efisien nya pelayanan di Kantor Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Lahat. Metode.Penelitian ini.adalah penelitian.deskriptif dengan mengguna kan metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Lahat dapat menerapkan prinsi-prinsip good governance dengan cukup baik meskipun terkadang masih ada keluhan dari masyarakat
