Abstract

Madrasah aliyah sudah tentu memiliki rencana kegiatan pengembangan madrasah. Rencana kegiatan tersebut dapat berjalan efektif apabila faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dapat dikelola dengan baik yaitu diantaranya pembuatan keputusan kepala madrasah dan partisipasi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa pengaruh Pembuatan Keputusan Kepala Madrasah dan Partisipasi Guru terhadap Implementasi Rencana Kegiatan Madrasah (RKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 MAS di wilayah Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan keputusan kepala madrasah dan paritipasi guru baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap implementasi RKM.Madrasa Aliyah has a strategic plan for development of madrasa. The action plan can be effective if the factors that influence it can be managed properly such decision-making head of madrasa and teacher participations. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence wheter decision making head of madrasa and participations of teacher influence on implementation activity plan in madrasa (RKM). This study uses a quantitative approach using questionnaires. Population is the subject of this study amounted to 30 private madrasa aliyah scattered in the district of Bandung Barat. The results showed that decision-making head of madrasa and participation of teacher partially and simultaneously has an influence on the implementation of RKM.

Abstract

Abstract

Corona virus disease (covid-19) which started in Wuhan, China and then spread all over the world, have a broad impact. Public perception of Covid-19 is very diverse which has the potential to change aqidah. Therefore, it is necessary to provide assistance to people that affected by COVID-19. The Community Service Program is one of the tridharma obligations of higher education that must be implemented. This community service program was carried out in Girimukti Village, Saguling District, West Bandung Regency. This program is intended to provide counseling and assistance to the society regarding perceptions about the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this service is a mediation and advocacy method, where the community is given mediation of understanding about covid-19 and given advocacy to the community regarding the covid-19 vaccine. The results shown through this community service program are very good. The community can understand that this pandemic is one of the destiny of Allah and as a form of grateful to Allah for His gift of health. People began to understand the importance of vaccines and participated in vaccine programs that organized by the government.

Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam aktivitas keagamaan menjadi permasalahan yang terjadi di suatu wilayah. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu permasalahan di Desa Wangunsari Kec.Sindangkerta. Dalam pengabdian ini kami hendak membuat program yang bisa mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Hal tersebut sangat penting untuk memajukan dan membangun budaya masyarakat yang religious. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode observasi, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Untuk mendukung fokus pengabdian sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan di lapangan. Pertama, Sasaran program Tahfidz yang semula hanya ruang lingkup pesantren bertambah dengan peserta didik atau murid sekolah dasar diluar ponpes. Kedua, peningkatan jumlah peserta hafalan juz 30 melalui program SADESHA menjadi bertambah. Ketiga, sudah mulai terlihatnya bentuk kaderisasi di bidang keagamaan untuk di kemudian hari menjadi suri tauladan di tengah-tengah masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes in Islamic religious education (IRE) utilizing the brain-based learning model based on students' school origin and cognitive stage. This study used a quantitative approach and was conducted in SMPN 1 Wanayasa Purwakarta Regency with a sample of 31 students, SMPN 2 Parongpong West Bandung Regency with a sample of 32 students, and SMPN 2 Ciampel Karawang Regency with a sample of 37 students. The research instrument was a test with data analysis requirements, consisting of a normality test and a homogeneity test, using Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk, assisted by SPSS software version 26. It was found that there were significant differences and interactions in the IRE learning outcomes that utilized the brain-based learning model based on students' school origin in SMPN 1 Wanayasa, SMPN 2 Parongpong, and SMPN 2 Ciampel, and students' cognitive stages in the concrete, transitional, and formal categories. Therefore, further study can be carried out based on students' school origin at the Senior High School level and cognitive stage utilizing the brain-based learning model.
