Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic which began to spread in Indonesia at the end of 2019 until now has had an impact on the community, especially Bekasi Rawalumbu, mostly affected economically and socially. Overcoming the economic impact of the epidemic and social restrictions from the government, the community is making efforts to overcome the economic crisis by using information technology on the market. To find out the role of information technology in overcoming the economic impact on society, the method of gap analysis, importance-performance analysis, field observations, and surveys are validated and the reliability of the affected community is used. The role of this technology can be enhanced and empowered in overcoming the economic crisis caused by the epidemic.

Abstract

The difficulty of testing the truth of the source code and the detection of plagiarismsource code is the underlying problem of this research. The string matchingalgorithm is the main algorithm required in the detection of source code plagiarism.Currently, there are many existing strings matching algorithms, therefore it isnecessary to compare and select the appropriate string matching algorithm to theexisting requirement. As for the system, the researcher conducts a literature study and direct observation to find the appropriate source code testing system. The Rabin-Karp algorithm is chosen based on the average of a good time and space complexity. And also can be modified, so that the Rabin-Karp algorithm can be made in such a way that can meet all the needs that exist. As for the system testing source code researchers choose the online judge system because the system in the test is objective.

Abstract

The clinic is a small-scale public health facility located in the city of Bekasi. The waiting room capacity is limited, which is a problem for patient queues. The arrival rate of patients reaches 28 people/hour and the fastest doctor's examination service is 4 minutes per patient causing doctors to serve all patients for 5.6 hours while the clinic's operating time is only 3 hours. This clinic only has one registration service and one queue, to solve this problem a single channel single phase method is used combined with web technology and notification messages to break down patient queues. The combination technology reduces the density of patient queues by up to 50% from 28 people/hour to 14 people/hour so that the waiting room capacity can be maximized and not exceed capacity.

Abstract

Kemajuan suatu institusi sangat ditentukan oleh visi, misi dan tujuan institusi tersebut yang didukung secarasungguh-sungguh oleh semua komponen institusi serta dikendalikan dengan kepemimpinan yang kuat dandiimplementasikan dengan pendekatan balanced scorecard. Penyelarasan dan pengelolaan teknologiinformasi dalam menyediakan sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung tujuan institusi dalam mencapaitingkatan world class university yang mengacu kepada beberapa kriteria seperti DIKTI, ARWU danWebometric dilakukan dengan COBIT Framework. Investigasi akan kebutuhan dan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas dalam mendukung kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakanZachman Framework. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan di atas maka didapat roadmap Teknologi Informasiyang akan dibangun dalam jangka waktu 15 tahun yang dibagi ke dalam 3 kategori, yaitu jaringan &infrastruktur, Sistem Informasi, dan Sistem Organisasi yang masing-masing kategori dibagi ke dalam 3tahapan 5 tahunan.

Abstract

Pengerjaan proyek Sistem Informasi masih mengalami kegagalan dan kerugian dalam beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Maka dari itu pemahaman konsep Manajemen Proyek haruslah diajarkan dalam perkuliahan. Dari hasil analisa perkuliahan yang diadakan pada perguruan tinggi swasta X di Jakarta selama sepuluh tahun silam ini menunjukkan kesenjangan antara hasil belajar harian dengan nilai ujian yang mahasiswa dapatkan. Sehingga harus ada sebuah proses belajar baru yang memperkuat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep Manajemen Proyek. Metode Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) berfokus pada pembelajaran mandiri melalui metakognisi, motivasi, pengaturan diri, dan evaluasi diri. Untuk mendorong proses belajar tersebut membutuhkan sebuah alat bantu dalam proses belajar. Spesifikasi alat belajar tersebut membutuhkan terciptanya proses metakognisi dengan mengarahkan langkah-langkah belajar secara jelas dan memotivasi siswa dengan penggunaan alat belajar yang intuitif. Hasilnya adalah software belajar yang secara eksplisit membantu proses belajar dengan menghasilkan dokumen proyek untuk membantu pemahaman konsep Manajemen Proyek dan antarmuka pengguna yang interaktif dan mudah digunakan untuk memotivasi proses belajar.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berfokus pada STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics) dalam menghadapi industri 4.0 pada sistem pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) harus dipersiapkan dan adaptif terhadap kesiapan dan kemampuan berintegrasi dengan baik dengan teknologi 4.0 terutama infrastruktur perangkat keras, jaringan internet dan manajemen sistem informasi. Rapid Application Development (RAD) meruapakan metode yang digunakan untuk merancang dan memodifikasi sistem informasi pendidikan agar bisa beradaptasi dan berkolaborasi dengan teknologi 4.0 seperti Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligent, Biometric, User Behaviour, Media Social API and Collaboration, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Perancangan sistim informasi selalu melalui tahapan dan siklus sebuah software, perencanaan yang matang memudahkan saat implementasi dan tahapan perawatan sebuah software di kemudian hari.Penggunaan strategi yang tepat dalam perancangan dan implementasi akan memudahkan tahapan tersebut dan selanjutnya. Konsep entitas dan Mnemonic merupakan metode umum yang sangat mudah diterapkan dalam pengembangan dan implementasi sebuah sistim informasi.

Abstract

Pelayanan yang berkualitas dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah hal mutlak dalam dunia bisnis yang bergerak pada layanan jasa.Pada sebagian perusahaan jasa otomotif di Indonesia untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut tidak hanya membutuhkan standar prosedur operasional tetapi juga sistem informasi yang handal dan sesuai kebutuhan.Masalah diatas merupakan masalah umum pada bengkel mobil dengan perusahaan skala kecil dan menengah, untuk mengatasinya diperlukan pengembangan sistem informasi bengkel secara bertahap dan modular.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi Bengkel Mobil pada PT Pancaran Aneka Motor untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan.Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) yang terdiri dari tahapaninvestigasi sistem, analisis sistem, desain sistem dan implementasi sistem (O’Brien, 2006:554). Tahapantahapan tersebut meliputi: investigasi, analisis sistem, desain sistem dan implementasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi Workshop Development System yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan dari sisi informasi yang lebih cepat,akurat dan efisien.

Abstract

Information technologies that do not support the fulfill business today's needs have to aligned with company strategies and objectives. It is necessary to the strategic planning formulation for information systems that can be implemented within the next five years and if any changes can be customized to the needs. The planning is implementable, modular and integrated in a single platform that works standalone or as a workgroup. Strategic planning framework for information systems is Ward and Peppard (2002) [13], consists input and output stages. Each process uses a clear approach and principles that have been summarized with the characteristics of flexible, modular, deliverables, removing checkpoints, recognize the interactive and cyclic process naturally, the importance of the human side and have the tools and easy diagram. Based on the analysis phases process of strategic planning will result the strategies. That’s IS/IT management strategy proposed to changes in the organizational structure in automotive company service into several parts, manage the operational policies, increase human resources quality and management budged for IS/IT. Business IS strategy transform into future applications portfolio and roadmap for replace all previous existing applications with new applications that have a future impact. IT strategy changes the IT architecture of information systems into applications modules, multi schema databases and in a single integrated data repository. Local network becomes more simple and inter-branch communication to the data repository using a collocation server and the Internet connection. This strategy represents recommendations and guidelines for the management company for the development of infrastructure and information systems from where they had to start and what should be built in accordance with business needs and goals to be achieved by the company in the future.

Abstract

Pembuatan jadwal kuliah merupakan kegiatan rutin institusi pendidikan yang dilakukan setiap semester, kelas mata kuliah yang dibuka berdasarkan jumlah mahasiswa yang mendaftar pada mata kuliah tersebut. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara manual dapat mengakibatkan waktu, biaya dan kesalahan jadwal yang tidak diinginkan.Dengan menggunakan algoritma pemograman sederhana penulis berusaha memecahkan masalah diatas dengan membuat aplikasi generator jadwal kuliah yang bermanfaat dalam menghemat waktu pembuatan, menghindari terjadinya tumpang tindih jadwal terhadap waktu,ruangan dan doseng pengajar.
