Abstract

The health center is the first level implementing unit from the Health Office which is responsible for the implementation of health development in a work area. The purpose of this research is to knowing the implementation of health services for health center by the Health Service in Batam city. This research is a descriptive with qualitative approach. The results show there are 20 Number of health center in Batam City based on data obtained from the Batam City Health Service. As a whole, there were 20 health workers who still lacked 20 health workers, 3 health analysts, 3 health workers and 3 health workers and 1 health worker. Furthermore, Health Workers who exceed the needs of the health center, namely the Pharmacists as many as 2 Health Workers and as many as 19 Pharmaceutical Technical Workers (TTK). And the inhibiting factor for the implementation of Batam City health services lies in the lack of medical personnel in the health center so that the health center is only able to provide Health Services to the community in accordance with the availability of existing medical personnel and this affects the low quality of services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation on the performance of the apparatus in the Keritang Sub-district office, Indragiri Hilir district downstream. that the level of motivation of the apparatus in the office of Keritang Sub-District of Indragiri Hilir Regency is included in the high category. Furthermore, in the apparatus performance category at the Keritang Sub-District Office, Indragiri Hilir Regency is in a very high category, this might be caused by not doing the best if not coupled with good performance from the employees themselves, so therefore the awareness of the employees themselves on the importance of good performance can have an influence on service to the community. Hypothesis testing concludes that there is a negative and significant influence between motivation and performance. This is indicated by the test of the effect of the independent variable of motivation on performance variables which shows t count of 5.097 greater than the t table of 1.703 at the level of trust α = 0.05 and t table of 2.473 at the level of confidence α = 0.01. This shows that the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, namely there is a significant effect between the independent variable motivation (X) on the dependent variable performance (Y).

Abstract

Public Service which regulates the principles of good governance which is the effectiveness of government functions itself. The forms of maladministration that we often encounter are abuse of authority, prolonged delays, neglect of legal obligations, procedural irregularities, nontransparency, negligence, discrimination, extortion, unprofessionalism, unclear information, arbitrary acts, legal uncertainty, and mismanagement. Ombudsman supervision is a representation of the supervision carried out by the community or civil society groups. The way the Ombudsman works is also similar to the way civil society works, free of charge, and various other conveniences. In addition to being largely determined by the political will of state administrators and political support in parliament, the effectiveness of the work of the Ombudsman is also largely determined by how far the community has an understanding of the Ombudsman.

Abstract

Elections in Indonesia, have been held periodically since 1955, then in 1971 After that, elections are held every 5 years, starting in 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, and 1997. The democratization process carried out with the Elections above, especially during the New Order have not been able to produce the expected democratic values. During the Reformation period, Indonesia had begun elections in 1999, then in 2004, 2009, 2014 and 2019.There is something interesting about the dynamics of the development of democracy in this country since the reformation began in 1998. One thing that stands out is the impact of democracy on people's welfare. In the midst of public space, various discussions emerged about whether democracy is still an appropriate system for answering the concept of a better state and being able to provide welfare for all the people of Indonesia. Through elections, voters can channel their chosen aspirations. The hope, of course, is choosing leaders who can realize programs that can improve people's welfare.
