Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki perkembangan dan dampak asuransi syariah di Indonesia, yaitu negara dengan rata-rata penduduk Muslim terbesar di dunia. Pasar keuangan syariah yang berada di Indonesia memiliki potensi yang besar karena mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam. Studi ini menganalisis publikasi dan jurnal di Indonesia yang membahas asuransi syariah dengan menggunakan metode review literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asuransi syariah telah berkembang menjadi perusahaan keuangan kontemporer yang mampu bersaing dengan asuransi konvensional. Didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip utama Islam, seperti Aqidah, Al Adalah, Kenabian, Khilafah, dan Ma'ad, asuransi syariah mencakup produk seperti asuransi jiwa, asuransi pendidikan, dan asuransi kesehatan. Bisnis asuransi jiwa syariah menggunakan akad tabarru' dan mudharabah untuk mengelola dana peserta, yang diinvestasikan sesuai dengan hukum Syariah. Konsep, sumber hukum, pengawasan syariah, perjanjian, kepemilikan dan pengelolaan dana, premi, dan sumber pembayaran klaim asuransi syariah berbeda dengan asuransi konvensional. Melalui gotong royong, investasi, dan pemenuhan kebutuhan finansial saat terjadi risiko, asuransi syariah membantu membangun ekonomi syariah yang berkelanjutan.Namun, krisis ekonomi, kebutuhan modal, persaingan di pasar regional, kekurangan sumber daya manusia, kurangnya kesadaran publik, dan masalah distribusi produk adalah semua masalah yang menghadapi asuransi syariah. Diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi kesulitan dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya asuransi syariah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of corporate governance on share market value in the capital market. The research results show that corporate governance has a significant influence on stock market value. The results of the analysis show that corporate governance has a significant positive influence on stock market value. The results of this research contribute to capital market theory and practice, as well as providing useful information for investors and capital market policy developers, and overall, the implementation of good corporate governance practices can increase the company's credibility and value in the eyes of investors, thereby increasing stock prices. higher.

Abstract

Service is the main task of state apparatus. The scope of public interest services and services covers a broad field of public life. This mandate is contained in the 4th paragraph of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution, but in practice, Indonesian public services have not run well. Provisions of public service to public civil servants are actually the result of the functioning of state institutions as civil servants. Therefore, the position of government agencies in staffing is very strategic because it determines the extent to which the government can best serve the community. .According to the purpose of the establishment. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village government in improving the economy of rural communities can be seen from the indicators of this study: governance, development implementation, community empowerment, and village community empowerment. The research method used to compile this article is a library survey. That is, reviewing the journal references we find and adapting them to the topic of this article. Based on the literature and reviews conducted in these journals, we found an impact between the welfare of teaching staff and improving the quality of education.
