Abstract

Penelitian ini diberi judul Kajian Budaya Sastra Lisan Pandara dan Sisindiran. Rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana perbedaan sastra lisan Pandara dan Sinsidiran. Tujuannya untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan sastra lisan Pandara dan Sindidiran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan dan persamaan antara Pandara dan Sisindiran. perbedaannya antara lain adanya perbedaan budaya yang terdapat dalam pandara dan sisindiran yang bertemakan cinta, dalam pandara mencerminkan bahwa budaya keras dan kasar masyarakat ternate labih dominan ketimbang masyarakat sunda.Dari teks yang tersaji dalam pandara, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat ternate hidup dan tinggal di daratan rendah (tepi pantai). Sedangkan suku Sunda sebagian besar hidup dan tinggal di dataran tinggi (pegunungan). Pandara Tidak terpengaruh dengan kesusastra hindu. Tentu ini berbeda dengan sisindiran yang masih ada unsur hindu di dalamnya. Sedangkan persamaannya antara lain, Pandara maupun Sinsidan keduanya sama-sama memiliki pesan moral mengenai kehidupan yang baik. Sama-sama memiliki kepercayaan Islam yang dominan Sama-sama bertemakan nasehat, cinta, maupun jenaka, sehingga melahirkan satu kebudayaan yang saling mengasihi, menasehati dan mencintai antar sesama. Kata Kunci : Kajian Budaya, Sastra Lisan, Pandara, Sinsidiran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of patriarchal power in the novel Genduk by Sundari Mardjuki. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data in this study are the forms of patriarchal power in the Genduk novel, while the data sources in this study are primary data, namely the novel Genduk by Sundari Mardjuki and secondary data sources in the form of theoretical books and relevant research articles. The data collection technique used in this research is document analysis technique. Analysis of the data in this study using interactive analysis with feminism studies. The results of this study indicate that there are several forms of patriarchal power in the novel Genduk by Sundari Mardjuki in the form of subordination, stereotypes, marginalization of women, workload, physical violence against women.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the types and forms of affixation in the Tidore language used by speakers in the village of Maitara. This research was a qualitative descriptive research. The sample or informants in this study were the speakers of the Tidore language in the village of Maitara, the city of Tidore Islands, which had been selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is in the form of listening and speaking. The data in this study were analyzed using the expansion technique and the mark reading technique. The types of affixation in Tidore include prefixes and suffixes. The prefix form in Tidore language in Maitara village is in the form of ma-, la-, se-, sa-, and to-, while the suffix form in Tidore language used by speakers in Maitara village, Tidore Islands city only has one form, namely -i .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know students’ competence in writing news report at the sixth semester of English Education Study Program at Khairun University. The researcher focuses on students’ writing news report text concering generic structure of the news that included headline, newsworthy of event, background of event and source. The researcher applied qualitative research method, this research involved 15 respondents of sixth Semester of English Language Education Study Program at Khairun University. The researcher used written test the data obtained were analyzed by using content analysis. The result of the data analysis shows that students’ writing in headline of the news 60% (nine students) acquired low competence, 26.6% (four students) acquired middle competence and 13.3% (two students) acquired high competence. Students’ writing in newsworthy of event 53.3% (eight students) acquired low competence, 40% (six students) acquired middle competence and 6.66% (one student) acquired high competence. students’ writing in background of event 53.3% (eight students) acquired low competence, 33.3% (five students) acquired middle competence and 13.3% (two students) acquired high competence. Students’ writing in source there are 6.66% (one student) acquired low competence, 86.6% (13 students) acquired middle competence and 6.66% (one student) acquired high competence. This suggests that, 1) More than 80% students have middle competence in writing source; 2) as accurate, 50-60% students have low competence in writing headline, newsworthy of event and background of event; 3) however, 26-53% students have middle competence in writing newsworthy of event, background of event and headline; 4) moreover, 6-13% students have high competence in writing headline, background of event and source.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa yang terdapat pada sastra sufistik Ternate, khususnya terhadap 8 sastra lisan yang bernama : Dolabolo, Dalil Tifa, Dalil Moro, Rorsa, Mantra, Cum-Cum, Tamsil dan Pandara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dilengkapi dengan teknik wawancara, studi pustaka, dan bobservasi. Setelah data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi, hasilnya menunjukkan adanya 10 gaya bahasa dalam sastra lisan sufistik Ternate. Gaya bahasa yang muncul dalam sastra lisan itu adalah: simile atau persamaan, metafora, personifikasi, eufemisme, asonansi, asyndeton, polisindeton, alegori, parabel dan fabel.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the goal to explain the forms and factors psikogenik disturbance to the speaker stutter so can be used as input to the students and the teachers until easier to fix the mistake mentioned, and can improve the quality process of the learning for class VIII students of  MTs Land 1 Ternate City, especially when a discussion in the process of learning languages Indonesia. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method with this technique collection of used data is observations, the interview, and the rocording. As for technique analyses data used is data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of the data analyzing can be concluded that psikogenik disturbance the form of speaking stuttering in discussion of learing lenguage Indonesia for class VIII students of  MTs Land 1 Ternate City. That thare are four part obtained for three days the research namely; Speaking stuttering in a halting speech, thare are 6 students tha teaches the 9 data mistake. The form of a mistakes talk stuttering in pronunciation pause for class VIII students of MTs Land 1 Ternate City, that should be pronunciation using a uill coma (,) but the speakers pronunciation using a pause point (.) and in the discourse do not need to pronunciation using pause but the speakers used, thare are 11 students tha pronunciation the 12 data mistakes. The form of a mistake talk stuttering in the speach of the repetition of the first syllable or the next word for class VIII students of MTs Land 1 Ternate City, the should pronunciation don’t frequent but because the speakers lost the idea to say what want speakersraised so the sound of the out are frequent thare are 11 students tha teaches the 18 data mistakes. The form of a mistake talk stuttering in pronunciation intonation pause for class VIII students of MTs Land 1 Ternate City, the should pronunciation words the intonation don’t long but speakers pronunciation with intonation the long thare are 7 students tha pronunciation the 7 data mistakes.
