Abstract

Poklasar Sumber Jaya Ikan is one of the fisheries Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Muarabaru Village which focuses on processing milkfish. Limited human resources in processing, lack of knowledge and product marketing technology are obstacles. This can be seen from Poklasar's activities which only produce and market milkfish products if there is an order and there is no digital marketing. The aim of this activity is to: empower Poklasar through diversifying product processing in the form of milkfish to increase community income; improve Poklasar's skills in good product packaging; improve business management and digital marketing skills. The methods used are counseling, training, management assistance, product processing, marketing of milkfish. The output of this service activity is increasing the understanding of Poklahsar members in processing milkfish into a superior village product. This service adds new products, namely milkfish otak-otak and milkfish durian. The benefit of this new product is that it can increase people's income thereby also improving the village economy.
