Abstract

Performance is a concept that shows the relationship between work performance and the time unit needed to produce certain products and services from a workforce. The success of employee performance will directly shape the success of the organization. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of human resource development, work discipline and work climate on employee performance at The Housing Office of Residential Area and Land of Denpasar City. The population of this research is 92 peoples. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique (total sampling) where the entire population is a sample. This research was conducted at The Housing Office of Residential Area and Land of Denpasar City . The data was collected through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the instrument test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that human resource development, work discipline and work climate had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Housing Office of Residential Area and Land of Denpasar City.

Abstract

Performance is the work results that produced both in terms of quality and quantity of work and can be accounted for in accordance with its role in the organization or company. Work results are accompanied by abilities, accuracy, and skills to complete the work within a certain period of time. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and morale on employee performance. The research was conducted at the Buruan village office, which is located at Blahbatuh, Gianyar. The object of this research is the field of human resource management, namely intrinsic motivation and work spirit on employee performance. The population in this study were all 35 employees who worked at the Buruan village office, consisting of 20 men and 15 women. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sampling method, in which all members of the population are sampled, with a total of 35 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant increase on employee performance, as well as employee morale at the Buruan village office, Blahbatuh Gianyar.

Abstract

Performance is the result of employee work in a certain period. The research was conducted due to aphenomenon, namely fluctuations in non-performing loans which indicated a lack of opportunities to develop careers and employees were less interested in the work provided, employees also expressed objections when asked to workovertime. This study aims to determine the effect of career development, individual characteristics and organizational commitment on employee performance at FIFGROUP Denpasar. The research was conducted at FIFGROUP Denpasar where there have been fluctuations in bad loans for the last 3 years. The population is all employees as much as 65 respondents and the sample is determined by the method of determining the sample using a census technique. Data was collected through observation, documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of FIFGROUP Denpasar employees, individual characteristics have a positive and significant impact on the performance ofFIFGROUP Denpasar employees and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on theperformance of FIFGROUP Denpasar employees.
