Abstract

Development environmental insight is carried out consciously and planned, especially the management of mineral and coal resources to improve the quality of human life. The purpose of the study was to determine the response of PT. Cahaya Energi Mandiri on the impact and follow-up on the performance of mining companies to support sustainable development. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using an empirical legal design. The research location is PT Cahaya Energi Mandiri. The types of data used include primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. The data technique used in interviews and literature study. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model. The research findings are 1) The impact of the mining company's performance appraisal is very helpfulfor the company to always apply environmental care and improve environmental management. The mine reclamation/closure program takes into account the inputs/needs of the community around the mine. 2) Follow-up efforts for the company by complying with government directives, implementing the recommendations of applicable regulations, including when the company encounters problems in following up, the government is always ready, caring, and open to give directions without delay. The conclusion is that the impact of the mining company's performance assessment is effective and able to increase the compliance of the company's management in maintaining and being responsible for environmental management. Since 2019 the Company has not operated so that in 2021 there will be no visits from the mining company's performance. So that in 2020 the company only won the title of "Red Flag". However, the Company is always committed to complying with the mining company's performance appraisal criteria.

Abstract

Health conditions in the content analysis of Bintang Borneo in 1928 is a topic that reflects an important aspect in the history of public health in the Borneo region in that period. This analysis reveals information about health problems, disease prevention efforts, and community responses to health issues in 1928. The historical data shows that during that time, communities in Borneo faced serious challenges related to infectious diseases, limited access to medical care, and social and economic changes that affected health well-being. Further research in this context can provide valuable insights into how health conditions have evolved and inspire a deeper understanding of social change and healthcare in the region.

Abstract

News in Banjarmasin published in the Bintang Borneo Economic Newspaper focused on 1928 from March to May with the aim of knowing economic developments in the Banjarmasin area. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the approach used in analyzing namely using a historical analysis approach. Historical analysis is an analysis that refers to the aim of reconstructing events that occurred in the past objectively and systematically. The primary source for this research uses archives from newspapers or newspapers, while secondary sources are obtained from books, journals and websites which contain explanations about economic developments.

Abstract

Potensi energi batubara merujuk pada kemampuan batubara sebagai sumber daya energi untuk menghasilkan listrik dan panas. Batubara merupakan salah satu sumber energi fosil yang paling melimpah di Kalimantan Timur. Tujuan Penelitian untuk menyelidiki upaya pendidik dalam mengkonstruksi Pemahaman Santri Atas Kepedulian akan Potensi Energi Batu Bara Berbasis Profetik. Menggunakan jenis Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif dan fenomenologi,  melalui wawancara dalam mengumpulkan data dilanjutkan kemetode triangilasi mengukur keabsahan data. Kesimpulan bahwa Perlu pendekatan pendidikan seimbang, antara pengetahuan agama dan dunia pada santri. Energi batu bara sebagai salah satu kekayaan alam yang melimpah di Kalimantan Timur yang patut di kelola dan dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Pemahaman santri sebelum mendapatkan pemahaman masih biasa-biasa saja, Namun setelah diberi pencerahan melalui materi pembelajaran di kelas sudah mengalami perubahan. Bahkan telah mempersiapkan diri untuk menjadi pelaku dalam mengelolan potensi energi batubara sebagai sumber kekayaan terbesar di Kalimantan Timur.
