Abstract

Introduction : Sex education is a way of teaching that can help adolescents to deal with life problems that stem from sexual urges. Free sex is a cultural influence that comes from the west and is then adopted by Indonesian people without filtering it first. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about free sex at SMP Negeri 8 Ambon. Method : This research uses a type of quantitative research, is descriptive. The population in this study were students of class VIII, totaling 87 people. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling technique with a total of 41 respondents. Results : In this study, using the chi-square test, it was found that 38 respondents (92.7%) had good health education, 3 (7.3%) had poor health education. Meanwhile, 22 (53.7%) had good knowledge of sex, 19 (46.3%) had poor knowledge of sex. And there were 33 (80.5%) who had a good attitude towards teenagers, 8 (19.5%) had a bad attitude about teenagers. With a significant value p = 0.144> 0.05 and p = 0.488> 0.05. Conclusion: Based on the results of statistical tests using the chi-square test, it showed that there was no effect of health education on the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about free sex at SMP Negeri 8 Ambon.

Abstract

Introduction: Storytelling can be given knowledge to children who previously did not like vegetables with media stories that children will be interested in. Therefore an appropriate method is needed in conveying nutrition education, especially regarding fruits and vegetables to children, nutrition education using the storytelling method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of storytelling on knowledge of fruit and vegetable consumption patterns in children aged 4-6 years in RT 015 Suli Village, Salahutu District. By having 32 Respondents. Method: The method used in this research is a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. The research data was obtained by providing a knowledge questionnaire on consumption patterns of vegetables and fruit. This data analysis uses the Wilcoxon Test. Results: there is an effect of knowledge before and after storytelling on knowledge of consumption patterns of vegetables and fruit in children aged 4-6 years in RT 015 Suli Village, Salahutu District (p=0,000). Conclusion: There is an influence on knowledge of fruit and vegetable consumption patterns in children aged 4-6 years in RT 015 Suli Village, Salahutu District.

Abstract

Introduction: The emergency department is an important unit in the operation of a hospital, namely as the entry point for every service that operates 24 hours apart from general polyclinics and specialists which only serve patients during working hours. The emergency room must serve all cases admitted to the hospital. Method: observational analytic This research will be conducted at Hative Passo Hospital in November 2021. Results: The results of the hypothesis test using the chi-square test show a p value = 0.003 <α = 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the use of the Australian Triage Scale (ATS) and the response time of nurses in the emergency room of Hative Passo Hospital. Conclusion: Australian Triage Scale (ATS) has a significant relationship with nurse response time
