Abstract

This study has the aims of detecting the impact of ROA and ROE on CSR, the population of the financial statemenst of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, sample of financial statements starting from 2018-2020 obtained 36 samples, the sampling mechanism is purposive sampling. As well as information collection techniques using documentation. Material testing using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression data analysis, hypothesis t test and F test. Based on simultaneous testing, the ROA impact on CSR is 0,000<0,05, ROE has an impact  on CSR 0,033<0,05. The implementation of better corporate social responbility can practice good things for the sustainability of the company in the long term. CSR disclosure can also show that a company is carring out its obligations properly according to existing regulations and the surrounding population and environment of the company. With the activities carried out by CSR, the company can give people confidence in the company’s products after which the good name of the company becomes excellent in the eyes of the population, and can grow financial capacity which can be shown from the ROA and ROE ratio.

Abstract

The pervasive high employee turnover intention, particularly prevalent in the hospitality sector, often disrupts company operations. This study investigates the influence of career plateau on turnover intention, mediated by affective commitment and career satisfaction. The research population comprises all hotel employees in East Java, with a sample size of 170 employees. The data analysis used the Partial-Least-Square Structural-Equation-Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The hypothesis testing results substantiate that career plateau significantly and negatively impacts affective commitment and career satisfaction. Furthermore, both affective commitment and career satisfaction significantly and negatively influence turnover intention. The study also reveals that career plateau significantly and positively affects turnover intention when mediated by affective commitment. However, when judged by career satisfaction, the career plateau's effect on turnover intention was positive but insignificant.

Abstract

Usaha rumahan di sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di kelurahan Taman membutuhkan pengembangan dari sisi komunikasi pemasaran. Urgensi komunikasi pemasaran difokuskan pada bagaimana tata kelolanya menekankan aspek informatif, bujukan dan pengingat konsumen secara langsung/tidak langsung pada produk atau merek yang ditawarkan. Ruang lingkup pengembangan mengarah pada kemampuan menciptakan storytelling pada media sosial sebagai alat komunikasi pemasaran. Kemampuan storytelling memiliki pendekatan emosional dalam menarik permintaan konsumen. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan bermitra pelaku UMKM di kelurahan Taman ini diarahkan dalam membantu mengatasi permasalahan minimnya kemampuan storytelling pelaku bisnis dan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi pemasaran produk atau mereknya.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat orientasi kewirausahaan pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Sepanjang, Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan pendampingan, program ini berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan manajerial, strategi pemasaran, inovasi produk, dan kemampuan mengakses pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan kewirausahaan peserta, yang berujung pada peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata sebesar 20% dalam enam bulan. Dampak positif lainnya termasuk peningkatan kemandirian ekonomi dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia lokal. Kesimpulannya, penguatan orientasi kewirausahaan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha UMKM.
