Abstract

Product quality, brand equity and brand image are assumed to possess an important role in developing customer loyalty since brand product that has good quality will make the customer loyal. This study is made to find out how far the influence of product quality, brand equity and brand image perception to the loyality of the Nexcare Acne Cover product customer is and what dominant variable that influences customer loyalty. This study is held to 290 consumers of anti acne product of Nexcare Acne Cover. The data processing for this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart PLS. The study result shows that quality product have influence to brand equity and brand image in Indomaret, Guardian and carrefour, in Guardian brand equity doesn’t have influence to brand image and customer loyalty, brand image have influence to customer loyalty in Indomaret, Guardian and Carrefour. The dominant influence in each account are brand image at Indomaret and Guardian, brand equity at Carrefour.

Abstract

onesia’s Cooperative is a basically a legal organization that manages the funds of its members to be put into a good use that caters the needs of the members. This type of organization is a common practice in Indonesia and can be formed byeither mandatory or voluntary membership. This paper investigates the strategic management issues of cooperative that consists of mandatory members because the common practice of this organization only relies on earnings from yields of bank savings / investments and lendings of its members. Questions often raised from this basic activities are whether the cooperative can elevate its portfolios more into non-financial businesses that bear higher yield earnings. In an attempt to answer the preceding, a cooperative set up by the government employees of Ministry of Social Affair is depicted for the object of study. There were 241 workers were stratifiedly sampled in accordance to their civil servant ranks. The distributed questionaires covered the issues of how member’s commitment and member’s participation affect the cooperative’s performances. The indicative results suggest that the commitment of cooperative members can only be increased by members’ participation in order to affect the performance of an organization.

Abstract

Increasing complexity of business competition and achievement of company performance demands are high demanding role of human resource management. Request a workforce with the skills, knowledge, and skill also increases. Changes in the business environment that occurs leads to the recognition of the importance of human resources as a source of competitive advantage for the Organization, the employee competencies that correspond to the needs of the companies can give impact on the commitment of the employees to achieve the vision and mission of the company is ultimately reflected on the employee's achievements and performance of the company. This research uses three variables, namely competency, organizational commitment, and work achievement. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategy of increasing employee achievement through organizational commitment and competence as well as composing the SWOT analysis in an effort to the preparation of the strategic plan with regard to the performance of the employee. The research method used was qualitative and quantitative methods. Data processing used in Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Methods of sampling, cluster sampling is used with the sample number of 245 people. The respondents in this study i.e. all employees in four offices, namely BTN BTN Sharia branch Sunday market, BTN Sharia Branch Office Bogor, BTN Sharia Branch Office Tangerang and Bekasi Branch Office Sharia BTN. Hope the findings of this research is the competence and commitment of organizational impact significantly to achievements of employees and interns based on the SWOT analysis can be formulated strategies to improve employees work achievement with maximize the strengths and minimize the weaknesses and the opportunities and threats so that can becomes a formula for sustainable human resource development that can support the achievement of company performance and have appropriate work achievements with expectations of the company.

Abstract

In the era of rapid change, the company is required to always be able to face challenges and competitions by making adjustment in strategy. The members of organization's commitment to the strategy chosen by company is very crucial.To support the commitment in company required a good corporate climate and also trust among members of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational climate and trust in the commitment of the organization. The study was conducted at PT Suryajaya Teknotama the subjects were employees in that company. The collection of data conducted by interview, studying company documents and using questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study is 202 people. Analysis of the data in this study using SEM and lisrel 8.8 as tools to help analysis the data. Based on the analysis, obtained results showed significant effect of organizational climate to trust, significant effect of trust to commitment. While the organizational climate not significant effect on commitment.

Abstract

The development of insurance industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly in the last decade as affected by the improving Indonesian economic conditions, especially in motor vehicle insurance product. These conditions encourage the majority of insurance companies to develop motor vehicles insurance product aggressively and innovatively. One of the crucial factors to be considered public in purchasing a motor vehicle insurance policy is the customer’s expectations for service quality of claim as consideration of the company's business strategy. In this quantitative descriptive study, the author divides the service expectations of claim in three main stages, namely claim acceptance, claim processing, and claim settlement. The aim of this study is to investigate the desired service and the adequate service of claim by the motor vehicle insurance policyholders as factors in the service expectations that affect the quality of service. The survey was conducted for two months, in October - December 2015 with a sample size of 230 people in incidental sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results from this study indicate that the business strategy adopted by insurance companies and service expectations motor vehicle insurance policy holders in each stage of the claims process affect the services quality of claim significantly. Abstract

The main problem in this research is the result of the evaluation of company reports on the performance of employees has decreased from previous years and there are many complaints from employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of employees through the strategy of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study uses quantitative and qualitative research with descriptive methods. The results showed that transformational leadership and job satisfaction do not affect the performance of the employees, while the Organizational Citizenship Behavior affect employee performance. Based on the calculation of direct and indirect influence shows a comparison that leads to a more direct influence on the performance of Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee by 0.85 and the indirect effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through the mediation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior as 0.49. This indicator shows that transformational leadership will affect the performance of employees with increased Organizational Citizenship Behavior as mediation. Increase transformational leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior note by the management of PT. Coffee Toffee Indonesia as the company's strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the functional strategy in marketing mix management and brand management to customer loyalty. In this study used five variables, namely marketing mix, brand, marketing container, customer commitment and customer loyalty. The analysis technique used in this research by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The data analyzed comes from the distribution of questionnaires to consumers by using accidental sampling technique at PT. Intiland, Tbk located in Tangerang area, which is Talaga Bestari. The results was obtained that there was a positive relationship between marketing mix and brand management on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the role of assistance provided by the creditor to the debtor in generating a combination of bank's corporate strategy and business strategy of UMKM benefiting both parties. The research was conducted in several locations of MSMEs that were built by Bank Riau Kepri. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with data processing using SMART PLS3. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the performance of UMKM repayments on the performance of MSMEs. Although KUR with single-digit interest was shown to assist MSMEs in improving their business performance, the results of this study still showed the same KUR channeling bank as other credit products issued by the bank.

Abstract

Basically, the area broadly marketing availability can encourage business environment. One of business strategies shall be guaranteed through consignment. Consignment draw attention many businesses, because of sales value rapid. Despite the highly competitiveness in nature of the business itself, many previous studies have attempted to come up with strategic schemes on how the start up business can kick in and survive overtime. The object of this research is individuals who love Durian Pancake Medan (DPM) and run in consignment business of DPM. DPM was chosen because of highly consumption in Medan, yet it may not apply to the area of Jakarta, Depok and Bekasi where such product at least available and there is also negative perception about durian and its dairy products. Consigment business on pancake durian Medan remains a challenge, particularly in the micro scaled businesses. This research focuses on how businessmen who have capital and the ability to produce DPM, but still have challenge with location of the placement of marketing products with consignment system. There were 95 represented respondents in three areas who were purposively sampled, using questionnaires and processed with PLS analysis. The results of this research prove that the knowledge sharing platform has a role in increasing consumer commitment. There are two criteria for channeling the right place for the formation of strategy consignment business of DPM.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of migrant workers on election preferences option remittance services, TKI preferences influence on the formation of commitment and analyze the commitment as a mediator variable between preferences and remittance options. The research methodology using quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data obtained running by using the software LISREL 8.70. The research concludes that there is a positive influence between the preference for the commitment and remittance options. Commitment does not significantly influence remittance options. Thus the variable no commitment can not be used as a mediator variable between preferences with the option money transfer services
