Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to systematically map the research landscape on the influence of social media on consumer food behavior. The analysis encompasses 1000 scholarly articles published between 1962 and 2024, accumulating 32,394 citations over 62 citation years. Through co-citation and bibliographic coupling analyses, key clusters and trends are identified, revealing the multifaceted nature of social media's impact on food-related attitudes and behaviors. Insights from the analysis offer practical implications for marketers, policymakers, and researchers, guiding strategic decision-making in areas such as marketing communication, public health interventions, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The findings underscore the importance of continued research efforts to address emerging gaps and deepen our understanding of the evolving dynamics between social media and consumer food behavior.

Abstract

Kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas belum cukup bagi siswa dalam memahami dan mengerti cara mengolah pangan dengan benar, untuk itu dibutuhkan kegiatan yang melibatkan pihak luar dalam hal ini profesional terutama dari pihak perguruan tinggi dalam mendampingi kegiatan belajar mengajar ini. Kegiatan pendampingan siswa SMK Nurus Sholah ini dikemas dalam suatu kegiatan pengabdian yang melibatkan dosen-dosen yang sudah profesional dalam bidangnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Approach (PRA). Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini siswa SMK Nurus Sholah diajak untuk membuat masakan sosis asam manis dan roti gulung. Kegiatan ini berjalan baik dan lancar serta siswa SMK Nurus Sholah antusias mengikutinya.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of sustainable marketing strategies on consumer preferences for eco-friendly products in Indonesia, with a focus on the mediating role of environmental awareness. Drawing upon a quantitative approach, data were collected from a diverse sample of 150 participants using purposive sampling techniques. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships between sustainable marketing strategies, environmental awareness, and consumer preferences. The results reveal significant positive relationships between sustainable marketing strategies and consumer preferences, as well as between environmental awareness and consumer preferences. Furthermore, environmental awareness was found to partially mediate the relationship between sustainable marketing strategies and consumer preferences. These findings underscore the importance of integrating sustainability principles into marketing strategies and fostering environmental awareness to promote eco-friendly consumption behaviors among Indonesian consumers.
