Abstract

This study aims to determine the Bhbinkmtibmas strategy in increasing community participation in maintaining security and order in the Jambangan District area. Because from the end of 2022 to the beginning of 2023 several cases were recorded in Jambangan District, namely persecution, disputes, unpleasant acts, theft, alcohol and gambling.The research method used is a type of qualitative research. Informants in this study were Bhbinkamtibmas Polsek Jambangan, Bhbinsa Polsek Jambangan, Staff of the Jambangan Village and the Jambangan Village community. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data exposure and decision making. The results of this research show that: (1) The strategies implemented by Bhbinkamtibmas to increase community participation in maintaining security and safety include the partiality approach strategy, strategy for sharing participation and strategies for granting limited authority, (2) Obstacles faced by Bhbinkamtibmas in fostering security in the community include the competence of Bhabinkamtibmas services, community understanding, facilities and infrastructure, (3) Efforts carried out by Bhbinkamtibmas to maintain security and order in the surrounding environment, namely Pre-Efforts emtive, Preventive Efforts and Repressive Efforts. It is better for every community, regardless of social status, to be aware of the importance of maintaining security and order in the environment, to be able to maintain kamtibmas

Abstract

The General Election (Pemilu) is a democratic party conducted by a country. One of the countries that uses democracy is the State of Indonesia where the highest system of sovereignty and power lies in the hands of the people. Voter data in the Permanent Voter List (DPT) will continue to occur in the implementation of general elections which are held every 5 years, thus creating problems that occur in the collection and management of voter data. This study aims to determine the extent of efforts in managing voter data at the Surabaya City Election Commission to support the successful implementation of tasks. Then knowing what factors are supporting and hindering in managing voter data at the Surabaya City Election Commission so as to find out the extent of the influence of factors on task success. To find out the extent of the success of the tasks carried out by the Surabaya City KPU in Improving the Effectiveness of Election Performance. This study uses qualitative research methods. Qualitative research in data collection techniques uses in-depth interviews, documentation and literature to obtain relevant data and collect voter data information to understand how the General Election Commission (KPU) institution can improve the effectiveness of election performance. Sources of information in this study are those who have all thoughts about official activities to improve voter data management and improve the effectiveness of election performance, the subject of this research is ASN and Additional Personnel of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Surabaya City. The results show that activities in managing data voters at the Surabaya City KPU in order to support the general election have several stages of Standard Operating Procedure or SOP in the data input process. As for inputting or managing voter data, it also has inhibiting and supporting factors that affect the program. as well as the process of updating voter data such as New Additional Voter Data (DPTb), Transfer Voter Data (DPPh), Permanent Voter Data (DPT) in order to produce good voter data as reference material in the next general election in order to improve the effectiveness of election performance. Voter data is used as a reference for continuous general elections in order to improve the effectiveness of election performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the e-Samsat program in order to improve and simplify community services at the UPT Bappenda Sidoarjo office in supporting public services that are transparent in tax sector revenue. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. The location of this research includes government institutions that have involvement with the implementation of E-Samsat, namely the Regional Revenue Agency of Sidoarjo Regency as the agency in charge of implementing it. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews with informants, activity documentation, and the use of written documents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique is by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Through the results of research conducted by researchers using an implementation indicator from Edward III with a communication indicator that has gone well through a series of socialization processes and dissemination through social media and print media. Indicators of disposition/attitude, the staff is good enough in providing services to taxpayers. In the indicator the organizational structure has been going well with the governor's regulations governing tax payments using the online system. On the resource dimension, training was held to improve the quality of the performance of staff at the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Revenue Agency.Key Words: implementation, e-samsat, tax

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas termasuk ke dalam Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS) karena keterbatasan yang dimilikinya menimbulkan masalah sosial sehingga penyandang disabilitas tidak dapat melaksanakan fungsi dan pengalaman sosial kesulitan dalam memenuhi hidup harian. Rehabilitasi sosial sendiri merupakan suatu proses yang ditujukan kepada seseorang yang tidak cacat fisik dan mental, tetapi juga orang dengan fungsi mental yang terbatas. Karena keadaan sosial, karena kepuasan atau kebutuhan, mereka terkait satu sama lain dalam komunitas tertentu. Rehabilitasi sosial sering disebut sebagai psikolog rehabilitasi yang dimana fungsi dan tujuannya sama yaitu perkembangan psikologi yang memberikan layanan kepada orang-orang yang membutuhkan bantuan kembali normal untuk perkembangan sosial dan dukungan advokasi di tengah tengah masyarakat saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sidoarjo dalam menunjang keberhasilan program rehabilitasi sosial bagi penyandnag disabilitas. Karena di Kota Sidoarjo ini masih tinggi penyandang disabilitas yang memperlukan bantuan atau pun rehabilitasi sosial, maka dengan itu beberapa upaya yang di lakukan Dinas Sosial kabupaten Sidoarjo yang bertujuan untuk memberikan bantuan dan pembinaan dengan program rehabilitasi sosial agar para penyandang disabilitas tidak merasa takut akan hal yang tidak bisa mereka lakukan sehari hari karena keterbatasan fisik yang dimiliki, adapun bantuan yang memang di prioritaskan bagi penyandang disabilitas yang benar benar membutuhkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan mendapatkan sumber data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi.Kata Kunci : Upaya , Rehabilitasi sosial, Penyandang disabilitas
