Abstract

Providing services for every banking institution is an activity that is routinely carried out every day. This proves that the quality of service provided by each banking institution must be considered in order to achieve customer satisfaction. People who are directly involved in customer satisfaction are Customer Service Officers (CSOs). CSOs play a role in increasing customer satisfaction in order to maintain their loyalty. Banking institutions need professional human resources (HR) to enable the implementation of service excellence properly. Therefore, every CSO must be equipped with the ability and knowledge of qualified service excellence. In addition to the ability and qualified knowledge, another important thing in the implementation of service excellence which is related is communication. A CSO must understand very well how to properly interpersonal communication as it should be. Bank Rakyat Indonesia or BRI is one of the largest banks in Indonesia with a vision to become a leading commercial bank that always prioritizes customer satisfaction and pays great attention to service excellence. Research location at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bandung Martadinata Branch Office. The object of research in this study is the services provided by CSOs with the implementation of service excellence to the customers. From the research results it can be rejected that there are increases and decreases in the number of customers who use Customer Service services. This is the author's consideration to examine how the implementation of excellent service to customers at the bank with the dimensions of service quality.

Abstract

Character education is needed to form attitude, personality and morals of a nation. In its application character education can be applied through the learning process one of which is in learning social science. The study aims to determine the role of social science in the formation of learners character and to know the application or implementation of character education in social science. This research method uses literature, literature research methods though various agreed procedures. The results of this study are educators or teachers and schools play an important role in shaping the character of students through schools rules, activities that are followed and learning process. Character education is applied to students through social science tailored to the material and conditions of students. Learning methods and teacher understanding of the material also affect the development of character education. In learning social science also has the same goal as character education which is to create good citizens and have moral values.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see that there was a significant influence in the teaching and learning process in mathematics, beside that we want to produce fun learning media. To get good quality learning media in the learning process, it is necessary to choose and plan the use of appropriate and effective learning media. Departing from these problems the researcher tried to apply a breakthrough game learning media using integer cards. Research methods using observation and library research. Based on the result of data analysis and direct observation, that the use off buzz games using integer cards as learning media in mathematics can be applied in accordance with the design and material presented. Beside that SK (competency standard) and KD (Basic Competence) mathematics subject matter of integers were achieved, judging by the indicators that both groups were able to operate integer correctly.

Abstract

This research constitutes a literature review that explores the integration of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) with Counselling Guidance (BK) and its influence on the moral development of students. The methodology adopted involves a thorough examination of various literature sources, including academic journals, books, and previous studies, with the aim of identifying the concepts, strategies, and outcomes of this integration. The analytical approach employed includes an in-depth content analysis of relevant literature to investigate the effective integration of PAI and BK. The study discusses theoretical foundations, strategies for implementing PAI and BK integration, an analysis of its impact on the moral development of students, and the challenges faced in its application. The results indicate that integrating PAI with BK significantly contributes to the enhancement of students' moral understanding and character formation. This research highlights the importance of collaboration between PAI teachers and BK counsellors, as well as the need for strong policy support, to fully realise the benefits of this integration.
