Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan gudang ilmu dan menjadi sumber belajar untuk semua kalangan. Penyediaan buku bacaan merupakan upaya yang harus dilakukan oleh SD Negeri 1 Kembangkuning untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan mencerdaskan generasi bangsa. Tidak adanya staf pengelola perpustakaan, menjadikan perpustakaan terbengkalai dan membuat siswa enggan untuk membaca di perpustakaan. Dengan ini kami melakukan program restrukturisasi tata kelola perpustakaan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa. metode yang digunakan berbentuk observasi, pelaksanaan program, pelatihan program kerja. Luaran yang diharapkan adalah memperbaiki manajemen perpustakaan yang sempat vakum dalam kurun waktu cukup lama sehingga membuat manajemen perpustakaan tidak terkelola dengan baik. serta mampu mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan software pada manajemen perpustakaan yang baru dan diharapkan dapat lebih meningkatkan mutu pelayanan perpustakaan di SD Negeri 1 Kembangkuning.

Abstract

Disputes can occur because of misunderstandings, differences of opinion, defense of interests, rights and obligations that are not fulfilled, and one party feels disadvantaged. One of the evidence in the dispute or case of the validity of the sale and purchase of land and buildings is recognition. This study aims to find out and analyze the application of the Civil Procedure Proof System, especially evidence of recognition. This research is a normative study using a case approach and deductive analysis. The legal material used is primary legal material in the form of a court decision and relevant laws and regulations. The results showed that in the case of the Plaintiff as the seller of land and the building as mentioned in the sale and purchase deed denied the sale of land and his building, but because in the lawsuit the Plaintiff admitted that he had received money from the buyer (Defendant I), the sale and purchase was considered valid with all legal consequences

Abstract

This study aims to find out the standing and position of Islamic law as a science in the context of the philosophy of science. Research conducted with normative method resulted in the finding that in Rene Descartes's philosophical tree scheme, Islamic law, in this case is that the Qur'an and Hadith (As-Sunnah) are “rainwater” that provides the source of life for the philosophical tree. The “rainwater” enters the soil and then "absorbed" by the roots of metaphysics to then grow the stems of physics that branch into various sciences and fruits that are useful for human life as the purpose of Islamic law itself. Meanwhile, in the loops of knowledge scheme of Gerald M. Edelman, Islamic law as a science is included in the study of culture in sub-actions and societies because in principle Islamic law is sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith (As-Sunnah) is a way of life for human beings to act and behave and establish relationships with fellow human beings and society as Allah says in the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad
