Abstract

This research aims to describe 1) the role of school principals in improving teacher performance and 2) describe the role of school principals in improving school quality. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained from this research are 1) the role of school principals in improving teacher performance and school quality, by explaining, organizing, actuating, or controlling. Because it has a tremendous effect on progress and improvements for the institution itself. Teacher performance still has to be improved, it doesn't have to be continuously pushed by the school principal. However, the teacher's duties or rights and obligations have been prepared, as to what steps the teacher must take so that the principal only supervises. 2) school quality, every point of its vision and mission is well implemented. So, the rules for educators and students are all clearly stated. So in the end, the quality of the school can be seen from the institution that produces how many and what graduates enter state and foreign universities.

Abstract

School principals are essential in shaping the Qur'anic character of the educational institutions they lead. This research is categorized as multi-case field research with data described descriptively. The main instrument of this research is the researcher, who explores data using three methods: interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out in two stages: individual case data analysis and cross-case data analysis. The researcher draws the following conclusions: First, the principal leadership model in two institutions: a) inclusive low profile model, b) social helpful model, and c) equilibrium structure model. Second, the school principal's strategic steps in forming Qur'anic character: a) integration of subjective spiritual and objective skills, b) implementation of organic spiritual collectivity strategies, and c) internalization of active, positive religiosity values. Third, students' Qur'anic character is formed through the leadership of the school principal: a) assimilation of spiritual values, b) exploration of dimensions of faith, c) contextualization of the Qur'an, d) planned disciplinary management, and e) religious inspiration in education This research provides the following theoretical implications: a) through the leadership model that is built, the principal, spiritual leader influences school culture in the formation of student character, b) the leadership model of the two school principals becomes a role model in the formation of students' Qur'anic character through the program. joint school activity program.

Abstract

Studying academic traditions in leading primary schools in Malang, especially in SD Alam Ar-Rohmah, is crucial for deeper examination. This is because such studies are incessantly debated. This writing aims to understand three aspects: First, the paradigm of academic tradition in SD Alam Ar-Rohmah. Second, internal and external factors influence the academic tradition in the school. Third, the positive and negative implications of the academic tradition on students in the school. The methods employed include observation, interviews, and documentation along with a literature review using a content analysis approach. The findings reveal three aspects: First, the paradigm of academic tradition in SD Alam Ar-Rohmah encompasses three forms: (1) distinctive curriculum, (2) Islamic morning stories, and (3) market day. Second, internal factors influencing the academic tradition in the school consist of three elements: (1) school principal's strategies, (2) teachers' creativity, and (3) teaching methods. As for external factors, three influences are identified: (1) school environment, (2) families, and (3) community. Third, the positive implications of the academic tradition on students include (1) high achievements, (2) excellent accreditation, and (3) increased student quantity. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that SD Alam Ar-Rohmah has established itself as a leading primary school with a strong academic tradition.

Abstract

Pra-Natal education can be understood as a conscious effort from prospective parents, especially mothers, in guiding and teaching the fetus until it is born, with the aim of creating a good personality such as emotional intelligence and intelligence. The baby / fetus in the womb can already hear sounds from outside. The fetus can be stimulated by touching the skin or touching the hands of humans outside. When touched, the fetus responds by moving or kicking the mother's stomach. This can be seen closely from the mother's belly moving from the inside, bouncing with the skin of the abdomen lifting up and down following the movement of the fetus. This fetal movement indicates a healthy condition and the fetus is developing very well, so it needs to be stimulated to provoke intelligence. According to the Al-Qur'an several verses related to educational responsibility are Qs: At-Tahrim (66): 6, QS. Al-Isra (17): 31, Qs. Al-Anam. (6): 151, Qs. At-Taubah (9): 122. Qs. Al-A'raf (7): 179, Qs. Ali-Imran, (3): 104, QS. Al-Isra (17): 36, Qs. Ali-Imran, (3): 191, Qs. Al-Furqan (25): 74, and Qs. Al-Baqarah (2): 128. Islamic teachings state that the period of pregnancy (Pranatal), is a decisive period for the future life of the child. What a child feels while still in the womb is described as a situation that will be experienced in the next life.
