Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design an electronic population database information system based on Microsoft Access 2013 at the Pajar Bulan Village Head Office. The method used for this research is exploration, data analysis, design, application design, application testing and implementation and PIECES analysis method. Based on field research that has been carried out, it is known that the storage of population data archives at the Pajar Bulan Village Head Office uses manual (conventional) methods and does not have an archive storage system at all. Archival storage of population data is only stored in plastic folders and placed in vaults. In the rediscovery of the archive still took more than 7 minutes. The results of the study: researchers made a design of an electronic population database information system using Microsoft Access so that it will facilitate the work The results of the study: researchers made a design of an electronic population database information system using Microsoft Access so that it would facilitate the work of the Head of the Hamlet or employees at the Pajar Bulan office in managing the population database. Searching the population database using the created application only takes 1-2 minutes. Suggestion: Pajar Bulan Village Head Office should implement an electronic population database information system based on Microsoft Access because it can make it easier for Village Heads and employees to manage their population database and can increase efficiency and effectiveness in serving the needs of Pajar Bulan Village residents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam (YPI) Adabiyah Palembang. Responden dalam penelitian ini 40 guru. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian variabel motivasi kerja, budaya kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Penddidikan Islam Adabiyah. Variabel motivasi kerja, budaya kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan pengaruh sebesar sebesar sebesar 0,864 persen, sedangkan 13,6 persen dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
