Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Flexible Working Arrangement (X1) and Job Satisfaction (Y) mediated by Work-life Balance (Z) at PT Tiara Impresa Gugus Artha. This research was conducted for six months starting from December 2020 to June 2021. The research method used was a survey method. The affordable population in this study amounted to 110 employees. Based on Isaac and Michael's table, the number of samples in this study was 86 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) analysis requirements test which consists of validity and reliability tests. The test results state that the three variables are valid with reliable values for the job satisfaction variable, namely 0.867, the flexible working arrangement variable, 0.706 and the work-life balance variable 0.840; (2) Model suitability test consisting of absolute fit indices, incremental fit indices and parsimony fit indices. The test results stated that the three variables were fit; (4) The hypothesis test in this study used SEM AMOS 21. In this study, the detection test of the intervening variable was carried out using the Sobel test. The results show that work-life balance mediates the relationship between flexible working arrangements and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 22 Jakarta in East Jakarta during the pandemic with a survey method using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The data used in this study uses quantitative data using path analysis. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 22 Jakarta for the 2019/2020 academic year with an affordable population of all students of class XI, totaling 324 students. The number of samples used were 72 students taken from class XI IPA 4 and 5 who attended SMA Negeri 22 Jakarta. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The quality of online learning media has a positive and significant effect on students' economic learning outcomes. (2) Learning Creativity has a positive and significant effect on students' Economic Learning Outcomes. (3) The quality of online learning media has a positive and significant effect on students' learning creativity. (4). The quality of online learning media has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes through learning creativity as an intervention.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem wich faced by various country in the world, one of them is Indonesia. Several provincein Indonesia still have a large number of poor people, Papua and West Papua Province have percentage ofpoor people of 27.43% and 22.66% in 2018. In addition, the length of schooling in these province isconsecuentively amounted to 6.52 and 7.27 year. This study aims to determine the effect of the level ofeducation and investment on poverty in Indonesia. This study used a panel data of 12 provinces inIndonesia, namely, Papua, West Papua, Maluku, North Maluku, West Sulawesi, Gorontalo, SoutheastSulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, West Nusa Tenggara, and East NusaTenggara Province in time 2016-2018. The theory used in this research is Keynesian Theory, this theorystate that by increasing education and investment, it can be a solution to reduce poverty. The dataprocessed using Eviews 11. Result shows that the level of education has a negative significant effect onpoverty and investment has negative insignificant on poverty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of adversity quotient, self-efficacy and family social support on achievement motivation during distance learning at SMAN 67 Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population reached in this study were all 11th grade students at SMAN 67 Jakarta, as many as 287 students. The sampling technique is proportional stratified random sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires or questionnaires distributed via google forms to 143 11th grade students at SMAN 67 Jakarta This study reveals that: 1) adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect of 36.2% on achievement motivation, 2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect of 30.3% on achievement motivation, 3) family social support has a positive and significant effect on 23 ,9% on achievement motivation, 4) adversity quotient, self-efficacy and family social support together have a positive and significant effect of 68.4% and the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the number of industrial companies, investment and economic crisis on the realization of labor absorption in the large and medium-sized textile industry sector in East Java Province. This study uses a multiple linear regression method with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model. This study uses secondary data which includes employment, the number of industrial companies and investment, while the economic crisis is included in the category of dummy variables. The results of this study indicate that the number of industrial and investment companies has a positive and significant effect on employment. Meanwhile, the economic crisis has a negative and insignificant effect on the realization of employment in the mediumlarge textile industry sector in East Java Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of economic literacy on consumptive behavior, self-control on consumptive behavior, peer groups on consumptive behavior, and how the influence of economic literacy, self-control, and peer groups on consumptive behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, class of 2017. The methods used in this study are correlation research and quantitative approaches. The results of this study indicate that (1) economic literacy has no significant effect on consumptive behavior, (2) self-control has a significant effect on consumptive behavior, (3) peer groups have a significant effect on consumptive behavior, (4) and together economic literacy, self-control, and peer groups have an effect significant to consumptive behavior.

Abstract

The impact of the pandemic is also caused not only in the health sector, but also in the economic and social fields. The Indonesian economy at the beginning of the pandemic was surprised by growth that fell sharply, which was -5.32% in the second quarter of 2020. The negative economic growth was caused by a decline in economic growth factors, one of which can be seen through the expenditure approach. This study aims to analyze the effects of consumption, investment, and exports on Indonesia's economic growth during the pandemic. The method used is quantitative, with the help of statistical applications, E-Views 9, with panel data regression techniques in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The results of this study show that household consumption, Foreign Direct Investment, and exports have a positive and significant impact on economic growth. in Indonesia, while Domestic Investment has a negative and significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the relationship between household consumption, FDI, DI, and exports can explain economic growth through an expenditure approach without including government spending and imports. The results of the Random Effect Model found that the greatest influence was obtained from FDI, exports, household consumption, and DI, respectively. This is due to the pandemic which has caused economic activity in the most likely expenditure to encourage production activities, which is foreign investment. Furthermore, exports have the second largest impact in contributing to economic growth during the pandemic.

Abstract

The Covid-19 epidemic, as we are all aware, is causing havoc around the globe and is delaying the economy's growth. Therefore, a pandemic may be viewed as a flow of change that takes place, and business owners need to be able to manage this flow of change in order for their company to survive. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the creativity of millennial generation MSMEs and the use of social media on business development in MSMEs in the DKI Jakarta area. This study is a quantitative investigation that gathers information in the form of numerical data, which is then processed and analyzed to learn more about the meaning of the data. More specifically, this study used a survey method along with a regression strategy. The study will be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia's Special Capital Region. All creative economy participants in DKI Jakarta, including up to 115 MSME participants, including small and medium- sized enterprises, were included as the study's sample. The use of social media and creativity are positively correlated. Utilizing social media more and being more creative will all aid in the growth of MSMEs. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) will diminish as innovation and social media use decline Epidemi Covid-19, seperti yang kita semua ketahui, menyebabkan malapetaka di seluruh dunia dan menunda pertumbuhan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, pandemi dapat dilihat sebagai arus perubahan yang terjadi, dan pemilik bisnis harus mampu mengelola arus perubahan tersebut agar perusahaannya dapat bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas UMKM generasi milenial dan pemanfaatan media sosial terhadap perkembangan bisnis pada UMKM di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penyelidikan kuantitatif yang mengumpulkan informasi berupa data numerik, yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis untuk mengetahui lebih jauh makna dari data tersebut. Secara lebih khusus, penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan strategi regresi. Kajian akan dilakukan di Jakarta, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Indonesia. Semua peserta ekonomi kreatif di DKI Jakarta, termasuk hingga 115 peserta UMKM, termasuk usaha kecil dan menengah, dimasukkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Penggunaan media sosial dan kreativitas berkorelasi positif. Memanfaatkan media sosial lebih banyak dan menjadi lebih kreatif semuanya akan membantu pertumbuhan UMKM.

Abstract

The public unemployment rate in Indonesia decreased in February as the nation's economic recovery continued. One action that can be taken is for the government to assist in funding young entrepreneurs. recognizing how much of an impact the desire for success and tendency for taking risks have on students' entrepreneurial intents at Jakarta State University. This quantitative descriptive research methodology provides all study data in numerical form. In this study, the survey methodology and the regression procedure are combined. This study involved 237 students that were enrolled in the Cooperative Economics Study Program at Jakarta State University between 2017 and 2019. Data was gathered via a questionnaire. The concept is accepted since having an entrepreneurial ambition is linked to both a need for success and a propensity for taking risks. Tingkat pengangguran publik di Indonesia menurun pada bulan Februari seiring berlanjutnya pemulihan ekonomi negara. Salah satu tindakan yang bisa dilakukan adalah pemerintah membantu pendanaan pengusaha muda. menyadari seberapa besar pengaruh keinginan untuk sukses dan kecenderungan untuk mengambil risiko terhadap niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini menyajikan seluruh data penelitian dalam bentuk numerik. Dalam studi ini, metodologi survei dan prosedur regresi digabungkan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 237 mahasiswa yang terdaftar di Program Studi Ekonomi Koperasi di Universitas Negeri Jakarta antara tahun 2017 dan 2019. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Konsep tersebut diterima karena memiliki ambisi wirausaha terkait dengan kebutuhan untuk sukses dan kecenderungan untuk mengambil risiko.

Abstract

This study uses a theoretical research approach to create proposition regarding the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the digital era. This study elaborates several findings from previous research as a reference. Resource Based View Theory and Human Capital Theory are used as supporting theory. To develop a research reference model that explains the relationship between literacy and abilities and MSMEs' performance in the digital era, qualitative research methods utilizing literature studies were conducted. This study also provides suggestions for developing variables and indicators in measuring performance and other variables that influence MSME performance. The result of the study provide recommendations that literacy and skills as references in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the digital era have an important role in the performance of MSMEs to improve national economic prosperity.
