This community service aims to provide training and education for housewives to improve their skills in producing and marketing egg tofu nuggets as a healthy solution to replace fish in Ngandong village, Grabagan sub-district, Tuban regency. Egg tofu is a food that is familiar and common in our country. so that the raw materials for tofu and eggs are easily found in markets and stalls around our homes. In the presentation, tofu and eggs are sometimes fried and some even innovate to make tofu and eggs look attractive and make you want to enjoy them from the shape and packaging. One of the innovations to make tofu and egg dishes interesting to enjoy is egg tofu nuggets. Egg tofu nuggets are almost the same as nuggets in general, but the raw materials used as substitutes are tofu and eggs so egg tofu nuggets are cheaper, more nutritious and taste no less delicious than other nuggets. In this service, the team provided training to houswife mothers to make tofu and egg nuggets, from the training carried out, the enthusiasm of the participants was quite high, it was evident that there were many questions and a desire to do it themselves in the process of making the tofu and egg nuggets
