Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum was developed to overcome lagging behind in learning due to the Covid 19 pandemic and provide learning freedom for teachers and school principals. This research aims to increase teachers' understanding of the Merdeka curriculum through independent training using the Merdeka teaching platform, with the research subject Class I and Class IV teachers in the Tuesday Study Group (Kombel) sharing Real Actions in Pulomerak District, Cilegon City using the Action method with a participatory training model and intensive mentoring. Training is carried out by selecting one of the 41 topics available on the platform, studying the modules provided, taking a post-test, and uploading Real Actions which include descriptions, reflections, documents, and responses. This process is carried out with assistance from the school supervisor and collaboration between teachers in study groups. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum through independent training has had a number of successes, but also encountered obstacles such as delays in uploading Real Actions due to differences in teachers' understanding of the material. The role of the school supervisor as a facilitator and main resource person is key in supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

Pamali is a context where residents will always follow a prohibition with the awareness that it is part of an unwritten rule. Like residents in Kampung Naga, residents are not allowed to talk about customs on Saturdays because of the pamali belief, there are fears that unexpected things will happen. This paper tries to describe the word Pamali using qualitative research methods, with a basic interpretive studies approach. In his discussion, the researcher described Pamali as being able to build social harmony in Kampung Naga. Furthermore, this study focuses on how pamali and its substance build community compliance in following unwritten rules, norms and customs. The research results show that residents will consciously comply with these things without any objection.

Abstract

Ignorance of developing students' cognitive in the concept of mathematics learning becomes the focus of the writer to respond to the cognitive development of students through champion speed tools. The author examines this study aims to develop the cognitive abilities of students in understanding the mathematical concepts of using the champion speed props. This study uses a qualitative case study, in this method the authors make observations through observations, interviews, and literature studies used to observe the impact of the use of traditional teaching aids on understanding mathematical concepts on students of SDIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon, VF class totaling 32 students. Data is taken through observation and interviews with students to analyze the cognitive development of students in understanding the mathematical concepts. The results showed that the use of champion speed aids significantly improve students' cognitive abilities in understanding mathematical concepts. The pedagogical implications of these findings are discussed to support the improvement of more effective mathematical teaching methods.
